Compared to other Wal-Marts, this one is average. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is hitn miss. Yesterday I had the "pleasure" of listening to the male employee tell me how much he hates cleaning the ladies restroom while he waited for it to clear out (I was waiting for someone and said I would be at that spot, so I could not leave). I was just thankful he was cleaning it even if with a sour heart. Customer service gets 5 stars. The rep was awesome. She made an error. Rather than making us wait, she did something to side step the process and when we commented, she said she made a note to herself to come back later and make the correction rather than make us wait any longer. Very thoughtful. Seafood area smells bad 2/5, produce section had good selection and quality 5/5, general grocery department we were unable to find 3 things on our list in the smaller sizes. We did not want family size. 2/5. Overall, we were satisfied but not thrilled.

Failed customer service... Over and over again. Bought a money order for $500... Cant use money... They say I cant get a refund because i am the purchaser not the recipiant... So now out $500?? Tried to wire money from one walmart to another... The associate did it wrong and took 3 trips to walmart to resolve the issue. Bought 55 inch tv... Took it home and didnt work... Brought back less than 3 hours after purhase and because i bought the extended warranty, they wont take it back and i have to have a service tech come out... I went in and bought the same tv again, took it home and swapped for broken one... And THAT was ok... Even when i admitted it to the manager who had to sign off on it. What a freaking joke. And if i ever see the cockey district manager outside the store.... ...... Enough said.........

The produce is always molded and tons of nats. There is always a mess in the store. The worst part is the service you can never find anyone to help in any departments they either dont know what your looking for or your told its not their department. The bakery used to make decent cakes but for the past three years i have gotten lopsided cakes, it wasnt ready when I preordered for a specific time or have gotten something opposite than I ordered. Selection of meats are very poor, they are fatty and seem to have alot of browning. Sodas and juices are put on shelves even if their is a busted one in the package. Their is no pride in presentation of items in this store and i feel for the decent workers in there which there are very few of

I like Walmart but there are times when Im quite tempted to go elsewhere for a variety of reasons. The reason that I find most tempting are the long lines at the registers. Its not the quantity of customers, its the lack of cashiers dispatched to the registers that causes the long lines and waits. This is an ELECTIVE meaning that Walmart is trying to wrestle us to the self-service registers and I will NOT be made to do THEIR work. I also find that all Walmarts fail to ensure that bottled (gallons) spring water are replenished. Ive found that I must always ask to have someone replenish the gallons of spring water if I want the product. One day Ill just say no more to Walmart if Im to play their mouse in the wheel.

My husband and I were in your store last week looking for (tv, phone and a Wii U). Although we walked out of your store empty-handed it was certainly not due to the sales associate, Melissas efforts. I have to admit I thought C/S was dead, but Melissa confirmed that C/S is alive and well and thriving at the Middletown Walmart. She approached us and did her best to find what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the stock just wasnt there. We thought she should be recognized for going above and beyond. Thanks Melissa! Well return to this store because of you. I gave 4 out of 5 only because Walmart didnt have what we needed. Although I did order 2/3 items that we needed online.

Horrible customer service in electronics , waited over 45 mins for help and asked several times. lady at the counter said they had been waiting for the manager for like 20 mins already for help .. was repeatedly told by employee Airek he was helping other people he was clearly refusing to help me , after asking a few times he finally just gave the keys to this nice lady that was supposed to have been off half an hour ago and made her help me get the item i wanted. Really ridiculous would have taken him 2mins to help me grab the item ... I guess lollygagging was more important.

Always crowded, they took away the game center and massage chairs, and every time you leave the store a greeter wants to check your receipt. Its highly offensive and is basically calling you a thief. If a business wants to be secure and keep theft to a minimum, hire loss prevention personnel, Dont ask an elderly greeter to act as security. For this reason my family has stopped shopping here. Theres too many new places in Middletown to shop where you are not subjected to illegal searches and made to feel like a criminal for the sake of "security."

This walmart is great and anyone complaining about it wants something free or is just rubish them selves I find so many items at this walmart others do not carry... on a side note I have been in this walmart completely drunk and the associates knew it and were still willing to help me and not judge me. If you have a problem here its clearly because you have issues within yourself and cant deal with life.... this walmart is amazing!!!!

ITS TRUCKER FRIENDLY AND THE SERVICE IS GREAT. SO SPIFFY CLEAN! Some people say that the bathrooms arent clean enough. I say they cant be at all places at all times especially during the weekend but Im certain that if they were to tell management the problem would be resolved. You just have to use your head. And Im there for Walmart not the McDonalds thats within it So Im giving a review of Walmart.

I shop in the middletown walmart all the time, and everyone is super friendly but i have to give a special thanks to ken in the toy department. who helped me pick out two gifts for two separate 10 year old girls parties and he helped me pull together a shopkins collection that both girls went crazy over. i never met anyone who knows so much about toys what find he was.

From the road, I saw a few trucks parked in the back , so I decided to stop in to get some groceries and a few things for the truck. As I made my way to the back of the lot, I saw a multitude of signs indicating that truck parking was absolutely not allowed. I honor those signs and turned around and left. I dont spend money where Im not wanted.

was not happy with the produce personnel. I was bagging apples and asked 2 associates if there were any twist ties as all the cups were out. One associate looked in the twist tie cup and replied no. I asked of the store was out and his response "yeah, I guess". didnt bother to check. Lame answer and very lazy!
