I went into the store just to copy, paste and make copies which is about a 8 minute process but not today. It took me 2 minutes to get an employee because the work station had no scissors. It then took him a good 10 minutes to find scissors. I thought Staples was a supply store. Anyway, when he finally found some scissors it took another two minutes for me to get scotch tape. Why wouldnt you have the customer work area fully equipped with supplies? Another thing. Everytime I go in the store I only see empty isles. Do they make money?

Have to give props to Sean and Heather from the copy and print department. We had to place a fairly large order with a small time window, on a Friday mind you. After explaining the situation and some slight modifications they were able to fulfill our order and complete it just in time. Im sure they werent happy about it, but they remained courteous and professional towards us. All the stars for you!!

I had to make many copies of a form that had double sides. Was very difficult to line up, but Shawn diligently took time (over half an hour) to line the form up perfectly before copies could be made. This was all completed just a week before Christmas (their busiest time of the year). Hats off to the Print Dept. and staff at Staples!!!

Ditto to Deniz review below. Waited for 10 minutes to drop off a simple copy order while 2 staff dithered with another customers job, instead of one of them just taking my order so I could continue shopping. Spent $400 at University Plaza today. That store is only 10 minutes away, 10x better.

Went there to buy a fax/copy/printer and said I dont want a brother. Every time I get one the drum goes bad in a year. The associate said well just get the extended warranty. So now Im told the warranty doesnt cover the drum.

Very poor customer service. I wanted to order something that was in stock and waited at the service desk for over 15 minutes for the person whose job it was take the order. Didnt show, I left!

They ask everyone to show ID paying with a credit card. This is not recommended as then they will have your address and credit card info to easily ID theft. Also slows paying way down.
