I live only 5 minutes away but this Walmart is deplorable and I cringe when I have to go! Any and all times I have gone shopping have been 10-20 minutes to grab what I need and then 30 or more minutes just checking out. There are never enough registers open to accommodate the amount of people in that store....PERIOD! Gave them the benefit of the doubt when they first opened their doors but now 2 or so years after they have been open, its still the same b.s......why is there never an employee to help you and when you do find one, why do they have an attitude as if asking them the hardest thing they have ever done in their life?! Last time I checked, it was in your job description. Customer service.....I had to beg an employee to come help the other lady behind the counter because there was a backup of customers (me included)and clearly nobody was going to do anything until someone asked. The first lady was locked out of her computer and walked away leaving close to 20 people with returns. They definately need better trained associates to deal with customers on a better level and management needs a better grip on how to manage a store. Pretty sad!

Today I went to Walmart and everything great great, I even had McDonalds. It made a little queasy... and I had to go to the bathroom. Unfortunately, once I did my business, I found the toilet paper roll was empty. I sat there for about five minutes, contemplating on what to do, and either no one responded to my cries, or the bathroom was empty. Regretting my life choices, I decided to call for help. I googled Walmarts number and called it. After about a minute, a guy picked up and I explained my problem to me. He said he couldnt do much except transfer me to the manager. I waited on the line for two minutes, probably the slowest two minutes of my life (and Im a mother of 5 kids), and then I was hung up. I was in a hurry to go pick up my kids at daycare, and due to panic, I made the only decision possible at that moment. Use my right sock. Once I took care of that I bolted out of the store leaving the cart out side, and I think I lost the sock somewhere. Where? I HAVE NO IDEA!!!! But lets just call it a thank you gift from me. Now I have to go to target and buy a new pair.

First of all... The opportunity to serve the member is a joke. The person who answers the phone disconnects you not once,twice but 3 times. I guess people dont shop after 9 pm. Hello....people work different shifts anymore. They have 2registers open usually on the other end of the store. They have a self checkout worker YELLING.... only cash here and Credit over on the other side after you been standing on the line.. You must go on credit lane only. Really... Maybe you should close the one side,so you dont have to park and shop on the other side of the store. There are people with cart loads of merchandise with 2 registers opened.. Thats it. Can you have an express lane 6 items or less???? An unbelievable experience so please CHANGE your recording on your phone that you look forward to have the OPPORTUNITY to serve us. The Customer!!! GEEZ!!!!! It is A FALSE STATEMENT!!!!!!!

Def. 1 (I wish it can be less )star. Why? I have being trying online ordering and pick up at the store. First order, Was supposed to be ready by @10 am I went there and my order was not ready. I had to cancel the order and go and pick up the items myself. (Order was placed day before after 6pm). Second order said ready on the email went there and was not ready. I had to wait longer. Third order was placed at 11:14 am to be picked up today! (I made sure the items were in stock), 5:30 called the store and an employee from online orders pick up hanged the phone. 6:30 PM went to the store and guess what my order is not ready and wont be according to them until tomorrow. ITS A SHAME THAT WALMART MANAGMENT AND EMPLOYEES DONT STICK TO THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS AND POLICIES. ATTENTION ANYONE PLACING ONLINE ORDER TO PICK UP SAME DAY IF YOU NEED THE ITEMS DONT COUNT ON Walmart!!!

Whitehall Walmart is a Supercenter with a nice size food market inside, as well as a vision center, McDonalds, and a hair salon. Theres a large parking lot and Lanta Bus that picks up and drops off about 300 feet from the front door. Everything is reasonably priced, esp the food, but the meats are way overpriced. I recently stopped buying red meat here because Ive seen too many steaks and beef chunks turning a darker brown/grayish due to "appearing" old or "bad" for whatever reason, which means the employees arent on top of this and they need to be. Also, be prepared to wait in the checkout line due to the lack of cashiers as well as slow cashiers! They definitely needs to hire more cashiers and hopefully these new cashiers wont be afraid to sweat a little and crack a smile from time to time.

Had more than one bad experience at this place. But the worst experience was the last time ,i went in for a return of an item i bought online and there was a women, her name was Jolly , the manager at the time, she was so unprofessional, with no experience in costumer services making my issue more difficult. I did understand I couldnt make the return cause the box didnt have a label but when I asked for a solution or what I could do instead, she just started yelling with attitude saying she cant help me and telling one of the workers that they cant receive my item to which I said "ok but, there has to be a way to return it" she replied to me saying that she wasnt talking to me, and I felt so angry by the way she talked to me and how I didnt find any solution at the end .

It is okay in a pinch. If you know what you are getting, what aisle it is in, and do not have an immediate need for it, you will do fine. That being said, I do not recommend this store if you need a small pack of diapers. Pampers Swaddlers work the best for my baby and I ran in to grab a small pack. There was no size 4 in the bags or the 24.99 sized box. So, I look at the economy sized box and they had nothing. The shelves were bare boards. Well, the next time I went in, SAME THING only they just simply had no size 4s! Even though my husband hates Huggies, I tried, they had no 4s either. Tried Luvs...no size 4. Like how is that even possible? And I wasnt about to walk around aimlessly looking for an employee. I know they run when they can smell another human near them.

I dread coming here and will only when its absolutely necessary. I placed an online order just for the simple fact I wanted to spend the least amount of time in the store as possible. My order was placed and was supposed to be ready by 330 Friday. By Saturday morning it still wasnt ready and called to question the status. The extremely rude customer service employee stated "Yeah theyre behind, just wait for your email that its ready, thats all I can tell you" and hung up on me. Finally at 7pm Saturday night i received notification it was ready. I came Sunday morning to pick up my order only to wait over a half hour just to bring out my item. Sadly the management truly doesnt care about this store and their extremely poor customer service.
