I took my iPhone 6 here on Saturday morning to have a cracked screen repaired, an hour and a half later I left the store after 2 people were incapable of figuring out how to transfer my info to a loaner phone. They told me that my phone would have to go to Apple for repair and would be back in a week. All of this should have been a warning to me.... Then on Monday afternoon I get a call from the store telling me that my phone cannot be repaired because there is damage to the outside case, and Apple would not repair it. There is no damage. He then suggested that my only option would be to buy a new iPhone for $350 !!!!. I called Apple in King of Prussia because this didnt sound right, they told me that the info I got was nonsense and that If I bring the phone to them they will replace the screen while I wait . I will let the reader draw their own conclusions from this review!!!!! I def wont ever go there again and will post many negative reviews in as many places as I can find. I have never ever received anything like the appalling and incompetent customer service I received at this place.

Great service, thank you Alex! I received amazing assistance when I thought that I had lost all of my pictures, contacts, etc on my iPhone after completing a software update. I first called the KOP Apple Store for assistance but was turned away until Tuesday (2 days from now). I then searched for another option and found Springboard online. I called the store prior to heading over and the representative on the phone was more than helpful and seemed enthusiastic to invite me in for assistance. I was greeted by Alex upon arrival who showed empathy for me as he also thought that I had lost all of my data when I told him the issues that I was experiencing. Alex didnt just turn me away and say sorry, he spent the time (probably 30 minutes....or more) assisting me and in the end recovering my "lost" data. Thank you Springboard Media and Alex for excellent customer service. I will be back again, hopefully for purchases and not just service but I will absolutely be recommending you!

Took my MacBook Air to get repaired because the trac pad was not clicking down. Unfortunately something was spilled on it without my knowledge but they fixed it within 24 hours and was ready for pickup. They quoted me $109 but when I picked up it ended up being only $58. The staff was friendly and their customer service is great! I also had previously taken my family to buy a desktop computer they ended up with a referbished one which works fine but we were going in there with intentions of getting a new one I just wish they had communicated with us better because we did not know the one we had looked at was referbished also when we got home the wireless keyboard was broken so we had to take everything back. I will say that even though it was frustrating that we had to go back they were very apologetic and we got a new keyboard for free. Still their customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs or buying something new or maybe referbished lol.

I brought in my 2012 15" Retina Macbook Pro for a battery replacement. The guy behind the counter told me this would cost me $200, which is exactly what Apple themselves charge. I received a call two days later from them from a tech guy. He told me the replacement would be $358. I asked him why I was quoted $200 two days earlier, and why Apple charged $158 less. The only thing he told me was he couldnt even buy a replacement battery for less than $200. A quick google search revealed I could buy one online for $100. Needless to say, I was not happy, and went to the store to retrieve my laptop. They will not be getting my business. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they were very friendly, returned my laptop quickly, and refunded the diagnostics fee no problem. However, that doesnt make up for their ridiculous overcharge. I cannot recommend them.

My 2008 Macbook Air died on me when I was in Columbia. I tried to have it repaired in Rio de Janeiro but was told the logic board was shot and as I was in transit I could not wait for parts (days if not weeks). Figuring I would have to buy a new computer I took the Mac to Springboard Exton as it is only 15 minutes from my home. They tested it immediately, fired it up, attached an external keyboard and discovered to my great delight that the warranty (which I paid for and at the time thought it was a lot of money) had eight days left before it expired. Three days later I have a new Mac, all the main components were replaced and Springboard took care of the back up. Their knowledge of Macs is the best I have experienced and I am happy to recommend this facility.

My MacBooks screen began glitching two days ago so I wanted to get it checked out. I know I dont have AppleCare but I was not expecting for it to be that over priced. They were going to charge me over $100 just to diagnose the issue (which would go towards a repair if I decided to get it done) and told me it would be about $800 to get a new screen. I knew apple stores did not charge to have it looked at so I went there and they told me $475 for the same thing and the highest they would ever charge anyone would be $775 for something like water damage. The apple employees that I spoke to were appalled that they tried to charge me that much for the same thing. Ridiculously over charging people.

Springboard Media is a case study on the cost of poor service and the lifetime value of customer relationships. Spare yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. Springboard Media doesnt care for customers - lets count how many customer services failures for one service repair. 1) Promised 3-5 days to repair - I called day 6. 2) repair was incomplete - drive doesnt boot 3) tech blames a cord then changes story and blames the user 4) demands another $109+ to repair 5) on-duty manger refuses to resolve issue amicably 6) come back and speak with Tom, store manager, tomorrow. The employees obviously dont care (look at other reviews) and neither does management. Its really too bad.

Went in to get my daughters keyboard fixed on laptop. We knew what it was, and have been working around it for six months. Was told they were going to " check it in" and there was a $109 diagnostic fee. I said " ok, but how much will it be to replace the keyboard? After a few vague replies about not knowing until they got in there, I was quoted $900. Um, you just told me my three year old perfectly good laptop is a brick because used ones are $500-700. Completely aroogant answer, went down the street and am getting it fixed for $200. If you want to be treated like this enjoy yourselves, but you should have just a little better customer service than that. Ill never be back.

Great service. I dropped in on an impulse to purchase an iPad and was greeted from across the room by one of the sales members. Loved the no pressure fun atmosphere. He showed me the different iPad options and helped me decide what one was best for me. The best part was when I was checking out and I was asked for my email (which I am hesitant to give out). I asked what kind of emails I would receive and the web designer came out and let me know that if I didnt like the emails that I could email her directly and let her know what type of emails I would like to see and what I wouldnt. Yippee for great customer service and listening to what your customer wants!
