So tuesday 12/13 I went to this location to get an oil change Christmas shop n grocery shop.i drove 24 miles out of my way to get the oil changed. I arrived approximately at 5:37 and the guy at Tire service tells me they Are closed .. meanwhile the sign says they close at 7 .. so I go do my grocery shopping. This point Im irate I go to customer service to speak with a manager . I Waite there for 20 minutes for no one to show so I went and did my shopping and went home.i get home and Im still irked over the situation .. I called and spoke with assistant manager Branson who tells me to speak to Michael becAuse that was his dept. So I waited do the transfer sat on hold for 25 minutes. Im irrate at this point .. he never picks up so I hang up call back and ask go Michael. He picks up and I explained the situation to him he was very nice .. gave me my oil change no charge. So I drove up there today 12/17 . 9 am to get the work done do more shopping .... they lady starts my service order she was very sweet her name is barb. She gets to the end and asks .. Can we pick the doors roll down the Windows and do the keys come out. I tell her do NOT lock the doors . She marks it in on th service order so at 11 am we hear over the announcement that our car was ready. So we stroll back to tle to pick up the car .. we had to pay for the oil filter .. whatever i paid the 3.59 ... So so n boyfriend goes Ill drive the car around front and you go check out .. I have 360.00 worth of groceries and toys in my cart. I didnt make it to the front of store before he I calling my phone telling me tle locked his doors.. So now im frustrated!!! I went back to tle go in the manager .. he goes out with a coat hanger ... needless to say I left Wal-Mart officiallly at 130 .. my car doors need a whole new paid job from the shoving the coat hanger in the door ...so as Im checking oh my groceries I see a assistant store manager and out cashier calls him over for me .. I tell him what happens he referred me to call and speak with another manager .. Im Im frustrated over tho whole situation . I cant wait wait call Michael and tell him this one . He gave me his personal cell phone when I called in the other day .. I wont be ruining his weekend off like Wal-Mart did mine.

Not enough cashiers Also please bring back Walmart 96ct Kcups one of the ladies who was sticking shelf right smack in coffee said they where DECLINED she explained thats when the store will receive product any longer most likely to declines in sale of Walmart Kcups .. I dont know how they figure this because when we picked up our coffee for the month of the 96ct we buy 2 to 3 boxes and many times the shelf is all sold out .. Workers do go back to check if its back there and hasnt been put on yet shelves yet. Sure enough floor person will come back and let us know what flavors they have and bring several out for us some of the stockers dont even bother .. out of all our local Walmarts we do like shopping in the Dickson City Pa. One .. Please bring back your 96ct Walmart Kcups from Kuerig ..Happy Holidays

This rating is for the pharmacy and the pharmacy only. I just switched insurance companies and couldnt get my prescription number (cards havent been issued yet).One of the staff (taller guy, black hair, tan skin, black thick rimmed glasses) asked if I would mind waiting while he called the company to access the number. It took 45+ minutes - mostly him on hold - but he accessed the code and got me the discount on my prescription. It was incredibly nice for him to do, especially because there was a steady stream of customers the whole time I waited. As for the rest of the store, Id give it a 3-star ranking. Avocados are usually cheap and plentiful, but sometimes the store is in chaos.

Walmart serves to have anything I can imagine, most times. Often I dont expect to find products cheaper in store than online, yet Walmart still surprises. Overall the store is kept clean, only on the rare chance that Im there past midnight does the restocking of floor cleaning get in my way. I would recommend if general goods are all thats needed, otherwise, Dickson City is loaded with other specialty shops to serve my needs.

I love Walmart to begin with for their amazingly low prices on certain items. However I dont know if it is just me but most of the staff dont smile. They all look miserable and mean. I used to work at the one in Taylor and thats one thing management always told us about was make sure to smile because it makes u more approachable to be asked questions. This Walmart is clean and stocked as best as possible.

Like the U.N in there. Weird people, were do they all come from(customers)? Isnt there a Walmart in Ackackastan? I would assume they are all tourist from 3rd world countries. They push carts like they drive, not so good. All the hillbillies must use the one in Tunkhannock. That being said, The employees are very helpful, and the floors shine! The guys back in automotive are top notch.

I recently had a situation where the wrong quality of paint was sold to me. The manager by the name of Christian who so graciously took his time to not only replace the paint and communicate with me as he humbly apologized on behalf of Walmart. This manager is incredible and the store clerk Tom who works in a paint department is a friendly and amazing man. I had a great experience!

Its Wal-Mart. Theres been some improvement in the past few years but I wont buy food here. Lines are slow moving out the door even when they are slow and I cant say they treat the workers that well. The customers are the worst of the worst. Save time and health and go to weis, shoprite, or wegmans for food. Wal-Mart is where you see pregnant people smoking out front.

There is always long lines and very little registers open. Aisles are crowded as well. Some clothing racks are so close together that you cant get a cart through. Finally, staff doesnt even look at you or say "thank you". Instead they say "here ya go". Many feel they have "the right of way" in aisles. I rarely go there anymore. Sad.

Wal-Mart is a great store. Wal-Mart has everything a person could possibly want in one place. Their prices are grreeaat. The location I visited today was not the store I normally go to. I left with nothing. The item they said they had in stock was not available. END OF STORY

This location is always overcrowded. Also if you need something from a staff member be prepared to be creeped out and left hanging!! We asked one lady to help us and she literally stood there and stared at us, picked up the phone and called someone else. It was ridiculous.
