Defective product. The frames are fine but the coating on the lenses started flaking after a few months. Went in and the rep told me they were not supposed to do that and he would have a better grade coating on them. After several more months, the coating started flaking off again. When I went back to Visinoworks I was told the warranty was only good for 30 days and they could replace the lenses and give me a 25% discount. Ive been wearing glasses for over 70 years and this is the worst Ive ever had and paid more for them than ever before.

I went here just for glasses and they were very helpful, friendly and nice. It took a while because of insurance problems but they helped me through all that to get me the best deal possible with the least amount of out of pocket cost.

WORST place Ive ever been to. HORRIBLE customer service and slow to reaction. I dont recommend anyone go here unless you want to wait 45 minutes for them to get to you after helping everyone that got there after you did. (-:
