I was unhappy with the service I received at Rakhman Jewelers and tried to tell them about it but the woman at the counter would prefer to argue with me and make it my fault so I want to let as many other people know as I can. I was only mildly unhappy when I went to pick up the watch (that had already been there for 12 days) I had brought in to have the battery changed but by the time I left I was absolutely furious. I had called the day before to find out if it was done yet and after telling her three times my name and when I had dropped it off was told she would have to call me back, never did receive a phone call though. When I went in the next day to pick it up, done or not, I tried to politely tell the woman that I was not happy with the service but after her arguing and not listening to me I felt it would be more beneficial to spread the word about their service. Especially after she chased me out to the parking lot to argue with me more. I have been in retail for almost 20 years, management for almost half of that, and I would never let one of my employees talk to a customer with that way. By the time I left I was so angry I was shaking. I would not recommend this jeweler to anyone, I dont know anything about the quality of their work but the service is horrible, someone shoud tell the ladies behind the counter that an apology goes a long way but it wont be me because I will NOT be going there again!

I was shopping for a 10 year anniversary ring for my wife and having no luck with local jewelers until I wandered into Rakhmans one day. The first thing I noticed was that the shop was very busy and everyone seemed to know the folks behind the counter on a first name basis; Jane and Lenny own the place and made sure I knew they saw me waiting and assured me they would take care of whatever I needed. Once my turn came I explained what I needed and they introduced me to their designer Boris. He and I immediately connected and as I described my vision of a perfect 3 diamond ring he proceeded to sketch it on a pad of paper; it came to life only a few months later more beautiful than I ever could have imagined and right on budget! MY WIFE LOVES THIS RING! And of course it helps that her friends are blown away by the incredible sparkling stones and intricate details in the design. Amazing work Boris, Thank You!

I stopped by Rakhman Jewelers in Chandler for a watch battery and a woman was in the store picking up her jewelry. She was thrilled at how beautiful her ring looked after the jeweler repaired it. He does all the repairs in the store and I could tell these owners cared about the quality of what they sell and repair. I took a very damaged necklace in just hoping it would look better. I picked up my necklace today (a week earlier than they had estimated) and I could not be happier with the results. When they brought it out, my jaw literally dropped. I never imagined it would look exactly as it did the day I received it! They are very reasonably priced, especially for such impeccable attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a jeweler, and if you don’t live in Chandler, it is worth the drive!

Oh Becky.? !. You think you are the only one that brings in things. So what if your watch was not finished on time. So what if they had to call you back. They are always busy, thats probably why they asked for your name 3x. With all the customers in there it gets really loud sometimes. Everyone who comes in, knows and acts like its their home. We all feel welcome in the store. Its too bad you feel this way. The repairs and custom designs are impeccable. You will never get that quality anywhere. I have been in there when they were having to fix Coffin and Trout custom designs and other fine jewelers stuff. Why wouldnt you write a letter to the owner explaining your feelings. This is one retail store you can trust not to ever steel your personal belongings from you.

I went to the store for a battery for a watch and they offered to clean my wedding ring. They told me the diamond has weak mounts. I found that interesting because I had just had it done a year prior. I was sharing this information with a friend and she had the very same experience except the place that fixed her weak mounts was Rakhman. Guess they should try to remember past customers when they try to trick you into thinking your diamond may fall out.

A couple of years ago I needed to have my platinum engagement ring re-sized. I first visited a local jewelry store in my immediate neighborhood and I was told it would be $2,500.(!), My sister suggested that I get a price from "her" favorite jewelry store and was so happy I did. Lenny re-sized it and I believe it cost less than $200. Since then I go straight to Rakhmans for all my jewelry needs. Jane, Noel, and Lenny are the best!

I have been going to Rakhmans Jewelry Shop for well over 5 years. I have had many many dealings with Jane, Lenny and Noel. I travel extensively and home only 5 days a month, Noel will send me email to let me know what the status of my transactions is, WHAT SERVICE! Whether buying a diamond or a battery replacement for a watch Rakhmans will go above and beyond to assist you. I will be doing business with them for many years to come.

I bought a new wedding ring for my wife & took it to Rakhman Jewelers to be sized. While my wife was there, they noticed another ring my wife was wearing had two broken posts holding in the diamond.They gave her a price on both rings, and was very reasonable. They had the two rings completed in record time. Needless to say my wife was thrilled!. I would recommend Rakhman Jewelers to everyone. Very professional and friendly staff.
