Got the warranty on my wifes ring for both the gold and the diamonds and every time were in their its like getting your wisdom teeth pulled. Her ring dropped a stone and so we sent it in to get repaired and didnt see it again for over 2 months than when we got it back the same stone fell out a month or two later and we havent seen for it for another month and a half. If youre not talking to the manager nothing gets done the rest of the employees hardly know what to do with themselves.

I ordered a ring from this place and sent it off to be sized. They advised me that it would take up to two weeks to get the ring back. We are now on week four and still no ring. When I called they basically give me the exact same answer of "They are working on it". It is absolutely ridiculous.

Great service every time I go in. I loved their selection of rings and the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the one for me. Theyve always been friendly and helpful when I go to get my ring cleaned every 6 months.

Poor customer service. I paid for two months in advance and they still charged me. I would NEVER recommend this location or company to anyone. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
