My husband really wanted to use Payne Anthony to purchase our wedding rings. We went in several times and always received very helpful and kind customer service. My husband was very particular about what kind of ring he wanted to buy for me - he wanted a custom ring that had a lot of symbolism in it. He spent a lot of time thinking about the design and importance behind this ring and even drafted up several sketches and digital proofs of what he wanted the ring to look like. We took these in to Payne Anthony to have it custom made. We worked with them for quite a while back and forth - it was kind of a drawn out process. Eventually, my husband got frustrated that the designer kept saying that what my husband wanted done for my ring was not possible and the drafts that they came back with were nothing close to what he was envisioning. During this time, I had already ordered and purchased his wedding band, which he loves although it was quite pricey, as well as we had also ordered a loose sapphire gemstone. The gemstone was reasonably priced. We probably could have found a very similar wedding band for a bit cheaper somewhere else; I was quoted one price but I was charged another, higher price. Overall, Payne Anthony isnt a terrible jeweler but we didnt really enjoy our experience with them. I would say keep your expectations in check when it comes to their custom ring process.

My custom engagement ring turned out absolutely perfectly. I was very picky about it. The designer, Jeff Munger, was very accomodating and nailed the design. He works in 3D first and creates the ring from the 3D model. Because of this, I was able to talk with him and have him tweak curves by a fraction of a millimeter until it was exactly to my liking. The final casting was gorgeous, and the jewelers that set the stone (I brought my own, purchased from WhiteFlash) did an awesome job. My fiance absolutely loves it. That said, I would suggest you be sure to get a firm price quote before starting. It did end up costing a bit more than I had counted on. It was not outrageous, and the superb craftsmanship was worth what I paid, but it was a bit more than I initially thought it would be. Overall, I would recommend Payne Anthony for elegant, high quality custom work, especially if you are very particular.

Payne Anthony has top of the line jewelry and an amazing selection. I bought my wifes wedding ring 5 years ago at Payne Anthony and they were extremely helpful and easy to work with. Now 5 years later my I was able to work with Jennifer because my wife decided she wants a wedding band to match her ring. Jennifer was able to contact the manufacturer of my wifes ring and have them create a matching wedding band. Jennifer has been nothing but helpful and professional in getting this wedding band for my wife. Drove all the way to this jeweler because they carry a jewelry line we like. Looked before we drove online and said they were open until 9 pm on Saturday. Arrived an hour before they were supposed to close to find a piece of paper taped to window saying they were closed with some excuse. Saw another review saying something similar. Unprofessional and disrespectful of customer time.

Decides to close 20 minutes early because of flights bookings. Make your vacation time when youre not supposed to be at work. We drove 20 minutes after ours, most people actually have to stay during all their full business hours. Disrespectful and unprofessional, at least find a good lie to give customers ready to spend over 2K on the spot.

Payne Anthony has a wide variety of beautiful jewelry. The sales people are friendly and knowledgeable but they dont pressure you to buy. Meri was so helpful and I couldnt be happier with the pieces I purchased.
