My husband bought my wedding ring here just over a year ago, when he bought it, it was too big to I had to have it resized. I took it in to get it resized and they told me that it was going to be 3 days and I told them that I had engagement pictures in like 4 days. They finished it and i went to pick it up, i noticed that one of the diamonds on the side of my ring looked cloudy, I took it to a friend jeweler who told me that they had shattered my diamond. I took it back to them and they told me that it was going to be 3 more days to be able to fix it. I didnt have the time to wait and i found this ridiculous seeing as they had screwed it up. Now over a year later I noticed that there were some scratches that were really deep in the side of my ring, I again asked my fellow jeweler friend who told me that it looked like there was some cracks in the gold and that there were little tiny wholes and they did a bad job of covering it up. So i took it in they said it would be 2 days so i went back to get it and it looked worse than when I took it in. Cindy was offended that i noticed and was snotty about fixing it again. They finally fixed it and i picked it up, they didnt bother to clean it after they fixed it and re dip it so the back of my ring is gold and the front is white gold. I was not impressed at all and i will never be going back to this place, I also felt that Cindy was not willing to help me at all with this problem and was snotty about the whole situation.

I am used to working with Susan and Kathy- both of which are very nice and made me feel at ease. This last time when I came in I was helped by a " gentleman " who neither made me feel welcome or at ease. All I wanted was my ring serviced. He seemed unable to locate it on the computer when it had been purchased. Despite Kathys efforts to assure him the ring was indeed sold to me by Susan he continued to question and search. Ive been coming there for several years , and because of me my two daughters also purchased wedding sets there. I understand the line of Mark Silverstone is longer sold there , but it doesnt mean my daughter and I didnt buy a wedding set there when it was available. I feel he could have taken the ring on Kathys word and researched it later. As it was , I stood there being made to feel very uncomfortable and as if I were just trying to "pull something". He was more interested in locating the sale. ( which, by the way its not my fault each thing Ive done is under a separate thing - or my husband was put in as Bob instead of Robert). Not in helping me feel less than fraud. On the possibility of having him help me again , I doubt I will return to have further rings made, adjusted in the future as I have done in the past. Ive also warned my daughters.

I went in to have my grandmothers ring )that I inherited when she died) sized. I chose this place because it was easy to get to, seemed reputable and the next closest place had horrible reviews. When I got there I had to wait a while because everybody was on the phone but when the guy did come out he (at least pretended he) wasnt mad that my kids had put finger prints all over the glass cases. He was pleasant, thorough and gave good service. He said that I needed to have the prongs redone too. I agreed to this. The cost was $130 which I believe to be a fair price. The jeweler who does the work is on site part of the time at the sandy location and the other part of the time at the orem location. They were finished a day early and had polished it up and everything. I was very pleased with the service and finished result.

Have never had customer service like I got from Tim and his crew. Tim especially went above and beyond to make sure I came out with the right diamond for the right price. He would even text me after hours some evenings until 9pm updating me with new diamonds they got in. No lie I had to come in town last minute before I was supposed to propose and Tim even met me at the jewelry store on a national holiday when they were closed and had the jeweler come set my diamond in my setting.Tim is the owner/CEO and hustles like a mad man. He has a great assistant and friendly staff. You cant buy a diamond anywhere else or you are just not that intelligent, trust me. When I usually read reviews like this I think someone from the company wrote it but this is no spoof. Go to Sierra West in Sandy or Orem. Do it.

I am completely delighted with Sierra West Jewelers in Sandy. I moved to this area a few months ago and had been less than pleased with the design of my wedding ring. (The ring was new - no time to resolve the matter before relocating) I walked into Sierra West assuming I would have to purchase a new ring. Cindy was happy to show me other rings but recommended I ask their jeweler his opinion on whether the ring could be altered to suit my taste. I was so impressed she had my best interests in mind and didnt try to sell me a new ring. She called me to say the jeweler could remove the bezel and reset my diamond with the traditional star prongs. I picked it up just a couple days later and my ring is stunning! Many thanks and much gratitude to Cindy and Sierra West.

A few years back, I needed to sell my wedding rings after my divorce and decided to look into Sierra West Jewelers. Tim Branscomb personally helped me. I was extremely pleased with my visit and recieved not only a fair amount when they purchased my rings, but Tim also gave me a card for an amazing deal if I chose to get my next engagement ring from their company. I was able to go with my current boyfriend today to look at rings together. The showroom is beautiful and all of the sales associates were kind, friendly and helpful especially Alyssa. She was not pushy, extremely honest and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend Sierra West Jewelers to my friends and family.

At first it was a great experience. I love my ring. It has several small diamonds and I lost 5 within the first 4 months. I took it in every time and they fixed it without a problem. They said I had a two year warranty and this can happen with new rings because they need to settle. Well here we are just over two years later and I still loose diamonds all the time only now I have to pay to get them fixed. I told them of the problem at the beginning and they said it would stop. Well it hasnt stopped and no now I have to pay for crappy craftsmanship.
