I am new to the Salt Lake area and am getting married next weekend back in Kansas. I realized I waited too long to get my wedding band re-sized and soldered. I called Sierra-West and explained the situation. Mary told me to come in and that she would make sure I got taken care of in time before I had to leave the state for the wedding. Talking with her was such a stress relief and you could tell she truly was interested in helping me. At the store, I have received some of the best customer service I have ever received from three different people now. These were some of the NICEST people Ive ever worked with, and they got everything done within 2 days for me. Pricing was also extremely reasonable. I would 100%, absolutely suggest everyone give Sierra-West Jewelers a try!

My fiance proposed with a fake ring and we ended up loving it so much that we had Sierra West copy it so it could be my real wedding ring and it would last. Well, they destroyed my first ring after saying they wouldnt. Its brown now instead of silver. They took the jewels out of the ring and wouldnt put them back in without charging me. I had to ask just to get the parts to the first ring back. However, we like the ring they copied, they did a great job on it. We just no longer have the ring he actually proposed with. The salesman that helped us was also very nice which was the reason we took the ring here in the first place.

The gentlemen who helped us was so kind and seemed to genuinely care. He wasnt trying to up sale, told me his expert opinion on the best size color, and shape for my skin tone and hand structure. Sierra-West was amazing. It was the first and only place I went when I looked for an engagement ring a couple weeks ago. Great fast service, staff, selection, pricing. I trust these people, and they have taken care of my familys jewelry needs. I was scared out of my wits to ask my girlfriend to marry me, so when I ordered an engagement ring, and they told me it would take three weeks to arrive, I thought "perfect, I a have some time to get ready for this step". The ring was ready in four days. Weve been married for four months now, and Im glad I didnt wait to ask her.

We bought my ring from Sierra West in January. The service was great. I love my unique ring! Because my finger is so small they had to resize the ring which caused a few small side diamonds to fall out. I panicked but, true to their word, Sierra West replaced all of them and reenforced my prongs at no cost to me. They are good honest people.

Had a ring serviced at another place across the street. Where I orginally purchased.They did not want to check it to verify the authenticity of the diamond. They laughed at me. Went into Sierra West Jewelers and talked with Jerry. Very helpful did a test and made sure all was well. Will be going back.
