Bought my engagement ring at this establishment because they indicated they were able to produce what I wanted -- turns out they had to send their ring out to their "platinum guy" -- while it initially turned out great, added wear showed that the original casting had cracked and the "platinum guy" had used white gold to soder it back together -- it took multiple trips for the jeweler to acknowledge the issue, and when he agreed to fix it, it took twice as long to fix as quoted. And, AGAIN, just today, another section turned yellow and it too was white gold (confirmed by another jewelers)! Ive had it with Scottsdale Fine Jewelers and strongly recommend AGAINST using this establishment. Theyve ruined an engagement ring, and there is NOTHING we can do to get this time in our lives back.
