Mrs. Pat Neal is truly heaven sent! Mrs. Neal has the heart of an angel, patience and amazing customer service! My fiance was having trouble everywhere he went, Mrs. Neal took her time, worked the deal and explained our options throughly. We spent maybe 3 hours at the car lot and I feel in love with her spirit. We first went over and spoke with Tony...he blew us off. He didnt attempt to do paperwork, he asked twice how much money we had down, mind you he did no paperwork to tell us what would be needed. He gave us an assumption! .
