If youre new to the market, or if you have bad credit, you may not have many choices. If you do have no choice, then this is the place to go. They will gladly take you in as they depend on honest people that are somewhat dependable. The customer service is quite friendly, but of course, its what you would typically expect from any used car dealership. If youre looking for a cheap, used car, then youre definitely looking at the wrong place. Take a look at it like this- whatever the average cost of the used automobile is thats slightly caught your eye in the lot, chances are it will be twice or three times that price here. You are also looking at a good chance of disrepair of your vehicle as well. Mine came with a missing rear console, worn down motor mounts, an old battery, as well as a power steering pump and hose that needed to be replaced 4 months into the first payment. Of course, its not entirely unexpected for no problems to arise from a used car, but a few of the issues with the car that I had only noticed after my first payment of the car could have been easily fixed by the company but seem to have been decidedly ignored. If you wish to make a payment for your car online, youll have to deal with a continuous hassle of changing your password every month to something that wasnt an older password. (Makes something that is supposed to generally be simple to be a bit of an inconvenience. Good luck remembering all those passwords.) They work through a payment website called "Portal Pay" which is pretty bare-bones in its appearance, but gets the job done. You do run the risk of your payment randomly getting "declined" every now and then due to their shifty servers. Its normally fixed the next day though. As for the stores hours and days of operation, its only opened 9 hours a day, five days a week. Sunday and Wednesday off. Wednesday being a strange time for them to be off. If you have issues with your automobile breaking down or anything on their days off or passed their 9-8 hour work days, their voicemail will direct you to a number for a private tow-truck company, which you will be charged for using, of course. Also, I recommend calling them at 10AM, should you have to, as they tend to not answer their phones 10-30 minutes into their opening time of 9AM. This seems to be a personal issue with the staff. Pros: Friendly staff. I personally like them. Generally willing to work with your financial situation. No credit requirement. 30,000 mile warranty. Cons: No public, online, set prices for automobiles. Very expensive, as expected for having bad or no credit. Some cars not in great condition. Online payments can be a hassle. Car warranty set only to 30,000 miles. Out of luck if car needs attention on Sunday or Wednesday. Strange weekday off. Do not supply you with rental or shop-owned vehicle should something happen to your car. Towing is NOT covered by Auto Co. of Dallas. Do not answer the phone early into 9AM.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! I went to the Dallas location and I found a vehicle that I wouldve liked to purchase. I own my OWN BUSINESS and I was told by Michael we really dont get a lot of people that come here that own their own business. When he said that I knew THEN that they were NOT professional by far. I provided EVERY document that they asked me for including my bank statements. They ran my credit, which by the way took a hard hit as an inquiry on my report as I just looked at my credit today. The shocker is I got DENIED by their "FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT/MANAGER" due to income verification. I was told by Michael that I would get a letter in the mail. Being that Ive worked with Attorneys and at Law firms I KNOW MY RIGHTS. The only way they could and or should send me a letter is if "CREDIT" was a factor, being that they are a we Tote the Note I IMMEDIATELY said this decision was NOT based on my Credit and I needed an explanation right then again I know the LAW!!! So Michael sat me down in an office and stated that MY BUSINESS pretty much was not MINE, Furthermore he proceeded to say that My bank statements and MY MONEY was not from MY BUSINESS it was from my Husband. First of all My husband was not there and He works in Corporate America for a totally different company. They ASSUMED that as we have a joint account. Point Im making is THESE CROOKS that come in with MADE UP CHECK STUBS are APPROVED and they dont work ANYWHERE!!! As a professional Ive NEVER seen so much crookedness in my life. I was nothing but HONEST and for that I got denied. Im not in the business to do crooked things, However THEY ARE!!! They did NOT DO ANY TYPE OF VERIFICATION FOR THE PEOPLE WHO HAD CHECK STUBS THEY JUST CAME OUT TO THEM AND SAID OK YOU ARE APPROVED. THEY DID NOT CALL ANY OF THE 8 REFERENCES THAT THEY MAKE YOU PUT DOWN. Again I was REFERRED to this place and these crooks did NOT call me AT ALL as I was one of the references. To sum this up I waited over an hour to get denied and I have a legit business. Michael asked me did I have a Instagram page for my business. WHY AND I MEAN WHY WOULD I HAVE AN INSTAGRAM PAGE AND IM A PROFESSIONAL BREEDER??? INSTAGRAM IS NOT A WAY OF ME SELLING MY FUR BABIES!!! That question SHOWED ME THEN THAT I WAS DEALING WITH SOME FOOLS!!! LASTLY IF YOU HAVE A PAY CHECK STUB WORKING OR NOT YOU CAN GET APPROVED!!! ALL THEY EANT TO SEE IS A PAYCHECK STUB!!! TO ALL MY SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WHO ARE IN NEED OF A CAR, DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET DENIED WITH NO PAY CHECK STUBS!!! Oh and by the way they are NOT in Kaufman they are in the HEART OF THE HOOD IN PLEASANT GROVE!!! PEOPLE WAKE UP THEY ARE NOT FOR #SBO

I would like everyone to know what a great experience I had at your Dallas location. I went to this location to test drive a certain vehicle. After I test drove I was not really impressed. Paul worked with me and offered several more to test drive. I still wasnt really happy. Then there was that one car I had kept eyeing. It was not in my budget but I test drove it anyhow and of course feel in love. I went back into the office to hand over the keys knowing it couldnt be mine. After I spoke Paul some more he was able to get me in the car I wanted. I seriously hugged the poor guy. I was so impressed with the extra work he put in to make sure I got what I wanted. That should be enough but then ladies in the office handling the paperwork stayed late to finalize everything. Im so impressed with the staff and their professionalism. I recommend anyone going to Paul. He cares. Thanks again Paul
