I originally gave them a great review because Ive had nothing but good to say about them they where helpful and understanding & the process of getting our truck last year in July was easy so I thought.. But recently weve got behind "1" payment and was working on catching up needless to say I went outside to go to work and drop my daughter off at daycare and my truck was not their I called to see what I could do to get it back and was told pay past due amount, next months payment, & also the fee for having it towed basically $1,000 well we came up with the money to pay them & was told he does not know if he wants to give us the truck back and hell let us know when he gets ready. " MY LIFE AND BILLS DONT STOP" we work and need transportation dont have time waiting on a ass hole which is exactly how he was acting towards us he was getting everything he asked for and made it difficult but we took our business else where and have 2 better cars NEWER, CLEANER, & With a company who understands our current situation and is willing to work with us.. I work for Capital One Auto Collections & we have a HUGE sign that says keep our customers in their cars we understand that things happen so we do our best to make arrangements to help out customer.. You guys need to have better customer service and learn how to treat people business is business I understand but there is a way of doing things and Karma is going to come back on you

ONE LATE PAYMENT AWAY FROM BEING WITHOUT A VEHICLE IN THE COLDEST WHEATHER IN YEARS!!!This place sucks! LOST BUT NEVER FOUND!!! I was with family and I saw her purchase the money order from the post office and mail it right there. She mailed them the payment and they never received it. She even had the receipt in her possession. She informed them of this as a way to provide proof of payment. Needless to say she was at work and when she came out the vehicle was no longer in the parking lot. I will never recommend this establishment ever. I understand business but, I also understand hospitality and common manners and this place has neither. After speaking with the gentleman who stated he was the owner ( James Goss ) I cant or do I want to ever patron this establishment. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS...... MERRY CHRISTMAS

HORRIBLE!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. Customer service was excellent while we were in the process of buying a car, but that completely changed afterwards. They are the rudest people ever which doesnt sit well when youre giving your hard earned money to their business, not to mentioned the car is extremely overpriced. One day we arrived a minute after they closed (note they were still there) and they wouldnt allow us to give them our payment and get a receipt. They told us to put it in the drop box instead (which I dont trust) and got in their car and drove off. Take your money where you would be appreciated. Youll be glad you did.
