This is the WORST business. Since 11/18/15, 12/10/2015 and now, I have been trying to retrieve a one-page warranty cancellation needed to cancel my warranty from GWC Warranty as well as my GAP insurance. GWC states that I need to retrieve the paper from the dealership, have them fill it out, get a copy for my records and send it to them. I paid $3,000 for the warranty and GWC verifies it by emailing me a copy. However, I have called and went to the dealership in person. Theyve stated that the GWC warranty is free. Really? GWC clearly verified it is not. After I have spoken to GWC Warranty, they told me that GWC and Cars and Credit Master have to refund me a portion of my money--pro-rated. Hmmmmmm. No wonder Cars & Credit Master has given me the run-around. Well, I wonder what a judge will say about this case? I have records of phone calls. This business is not only non-professional but lies to the customer after the customer has proof from GWC Warranty. My GWC Warranty card contract No: C1693660 When has warranty ever been free? As of today, I had a friend go up there to retrieve the one-page needed to cancel the warranty that I am not using. They too gave him the run-around. I have reported this business to the BBB for bad business practice and refusing to give the client the form needed to cancel the policy. As I have read some of the other 1 star ratings, they too have had problems with WARRANTY. My case is much different because I actually have a COPY of my warranty from the original purchase along with the actual warranty from GWC. So.....why is Car and Credit Masters refusing to complete a form needed to cancel the policy and refund my money? According to GWC, they stated that a refund will come from them and the other half from the dealership. Hmmmmm. They are trying to keep it. Furthermore, the dealership is claiming the 3,000 warranty that they give to all cars. No. I am talking about the warranty I PAID FOR which cost me $3,000 (more than 3,000 miles of purchase) and I have proof of it.

I had been searching a good place to buy a beautiful used car for more than two months. I asked so many people in my community and I had always trusted every people I asked and had visited every places that they suggested. I might have been visited more than 10 places to buy my new baby. Finally I have stumbled upon Cars and Credit Master. Thank God! I am so glad I found them because the whole process was super duper easy. The people who worked there were so nice and they always answered every step of my questions. My credit history is also perfect. Nevertheless they made an extra help and saved me 2 points on my loan. I got my new baby my new car in 2 hours, after I had entered their door. It was 2016 Toyota. The first time I saw it, it was utterly wonderful. I mean wonderful times ten. I was pretty impressed. It look like a brand new. It was pretty clean. They were very honest with me and they noted all the minor imperfections even the barely noticeable ones. The owner of the company was a nice person and professional. He treat me to coffee and gave me plenty of time to take for a test drive. As I wrote above the whole process was super quick and easy and more affordable. That’s why two thumbs up with 5 stars!

Bought the car on a Friday. When I test drove it it had half a tank of gas looked perfect. I payed cash $15k and told the guy I would pick it up on Monday once I got the insurance for it. Someone went out and joy rode it that weekend and tore up the bumper and gave it a flat tire. When I ask him what happened he gave me the run around and told me to go to another lot they owned and they would fix it. After going there they just put air in the tire and did nothing to fix it. I had to go buy a new tire myself. On the bum be he told me I bought it as is and he could order a new bumper and it would be very expensive for me to have them fix it Dis honest people, dont shop here. Find a reputable place to but a vehicle. This is not a tote the note type place they sell nicer vehicles. You would think they would stand behind thier word and not go joy ride you vehicle you just purchased

This business is so shady. Not only are their interest rates too high and my credit score is a 776, but they try to secretly add everything on your buyers order. For instance, they try to charge me the following: dealers inventory tax and a documentary fee. Although they ran my credit, I left the dealership and went with my bank instead of financing through them. At the age of 63, I understand and am used to dealers charging for sales tax, title fee, license and registration. Also, their warranty is awful. They charge outrageous prices. Why does warranty start at $2,000 for 12 months? That is unheard of. When I told them this, they made it seem as if I did not know what I was talking about. My old soul says to RUN from this dealership.

I DONT RECOMMEND!!!!! The first 2 weeks we had the car the car broke down me and my family where 150 miles away from dallas under warranty and everything mind you 2 weeks after we got the car they said it was nothing they could do , so we got that fixed a week Later something else broke on the car we ended up getting that fixed. The Insurance Was canceled for 2 weeks they came and found the car and some how towed it back to dallas but when it was broke down no one could do anything! Now noOne will tell me how to get my items out the car I dont even want it! Nobody knows nothing anymore

Well I Wanna Say A Big Thanks To Alberto Flores For Helping Me Out With My Truck Troubles.! Even Though He Wasnt The One Who Sold Me My Truck But Stepped Up When I Didnt Have No One Else To Turn To. He Has Manage To Help Me Out In So Many Ways And I Also Wanna Give Props To Cars And Credit For The Help ButThis Guy Make Cars and Credit Look Good Man This Guys Deserves A Big Trophy Or A Two Week Vacation Or something. I just purchased a 2006 mercedes from this place 6/03. Since then, the car has stopped on me twice on 6/10 and 6/16. They claim to have a power train warranty but are not seeming to stand behind it. I definitely would NOT suggesting purchasing ANY vehicle from them. While they claimed to have repaired the car on 6/14, I looked in other vehicles on the lot, and several had detailed paperwork on why the check engine light was on and what they did to rig it enough to go off. Be warned.

I am very dissatisfied with this company . I have only had my suv a month and come to find out it had some issues . I took the truck to be fixed just to find out they put the same damaged part back on my car . I went to confront the mechanic about it and he basically said he was not going to put a new part on my car . Yea they will get you in a car and once they get you in a car wont give a sh** about how they treat you after they have your money .
