Im a first time buyer , in college , Im a mom, my credit isnt the best right now so drowning myself if with a car debt was not an option. But a car was a necessity so I gave these guys a call and spoke with Michael (Mike) he told me to come in the same day and he GUARANTEED me I would get out of there driving. I wasnt so convinced at first but either way I still drove there with my mom. As you walk in they make word of their name auto FAMILY center , they make you feel like family , so comfortable and safe in their hands. Steve Nelson was who I had the pleasure of financing and finding the best payment plan possible. And guess what ? I got out of there driving a BEAUTIFUL 2008 Dodge Avenger the SAME DAY! With a low monthly down payment! I am in love with the quality care they provide ! They are not just talk , when they say everyones approved they mean EVERYONES approved ! Trust me when I say this , if I got out of there driving anyone can ! I completely recommend these guys theyre amazing ! You will not be disappointed ! This place is awesome! We called about our daughter (a college student) being stranded with her car and Jason, the Service Mgr. offered to come to her and check her battery (unbelievably nice)! He & the other mechanic brought the charging box and were able to get her car started again---all this at no charge! What a blessing it was for them to do this, as she had just gotten out of the hospital and was still not well. On top of that, it was her birthday. He didnt know it was her birthday but it turned out to be a great present! He was so understanding and helpful at explaining what the problems could be and how they could be of service. I highly recommend them for their honesty. They could have easily taken advantage of my daughter in her condition and with us, her parents being in another city unable to help, other than we were willing to pay the bill, whatever it was. Because of their integrity in this situation, they now have a loyal car repair customer for life!

Car wouldnt start... I went to these guys because I thought I had a bad starter, because my battery tested good at Walmart so it apparently had to be something else. The Honda dealer wanted to charge me $700+, got a quote from another place for $500 to install a part I could buy myself for about $100. These guys quoted me $250 out the door, DONE. Turns out these guys tested my battery again and it tested bad twice and all we had to do was switch out the battery. They could have easily told me it was both, but they were honest and saved me a ton of money.

i came to family car and i got a 2005 focus i had it for 2 weeks and i put $500 FOR DOWNPAYMENT THE CAR STOP WORKING I HAD IT TOWED TO MY HOME AND WHEN I TOLD THEM IT HAD STOP WORKING THEY SAID IT WAS THE FUEL PUMP THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE DONE IN 2 DAYS WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THE CAR THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET THE CAR BACK OR MY MONEY BACK DONT BUY A CARE FROM THEM THEY DONT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE BULLSHITERS DONT BELIEVE THEM MY NAME IS diane st.clair the serson i spoke to was name mike

I talked to Mike over the phone, he guaranteed he could get me approved. I was skeptical at first. But I went anyways, and he got me approved for a small SUV. Which is what I have been wanting. He was professional, kind, and honestly it didnt seem like a pushy sales. It was a family atmosphere. The owners wife gave my daughter a coloring book. Which was nice. :) I would defiantly recommend my friends and family to this dealership!!! They were great! @ the wolf review, learn how to spell.
