July 17, 2017 The Dallas Better Business Bureau recently notified me that they have approved my complaint against One World Cars, and that it is now on file for public view. June 17, 2017. I have two active complaints for fraud and extortion with the Texas Attorney General (Complaint No: CGS-62983) and the Texas Motor Vehicle Division (Dealer No: P126266) against One World Cars and its owners Amad and Chin Ismail. The car I paid cash for was filthy , sold with a bad bearing, cracked brake hoses, worn-out tires, and dirty oil. I needed a car ASAP so I bought it. It took me 12 weeks to receive title for the 2007 Volvo XC vV70 car I paid Amad and Chin Ismail over $7,000 cash for. Even after my title had been returned to Amad and Chin because they used an incorrect mailing address , they still refused to deliver title until I agreed to allow them to keep a $90 overpayment I had mistakenly made on my cashiers check for the car. During the 6 weeks my title was lost in the mail, Chin refused to help and told me to apply for a lost title myself which I did, and received a letter 30 days later from MVD that stated they could not reissue "my" title since Chin and Amad had never put the title in my name. For 10 weeks after paying cash for the car, I was unable to register it. By the time the MVD forced Chin and Amad to convey title to me, my temp tag had been expired 30 days. Chin suggested in well-documented text messages that my alternative would be to drive from Santa Fe to Dallas and pick it up myself. All of the text and email messages conveyed to me regarding my purchase by One World Cars and its fraudulent owners Amad and Chin Ismail, have been saved and are available for view by request.

I found a nice 2009 VW Beetle convertible on One World Cars website for my 16 year old daughter. We liked the car and purchased it. On taking the car home, I stopped for gas and the vehicle would not start. I got the car jumped, but it appeared the transmission was messed up. To make a long story short, I took the car to a transmission shop and it turned out it was just a missing battery cable, which probably came loose when the dealership replaced a pump prior to the sale. During this whole process, I would text Chin and he would tell me that he would take care of it. He DID! The repair shop fixed the cable and showed me where I had a slight bubble in the left front tire. I sent the tire photo to Chin. Not long after, he text me a picture of a new tire that he was going to give me to replace the "bubbled" one. I took the vehicle back to Chin and he gave me a full refund on the cable repair and gave me a new tire!! He knew the vehicle was for my daughter and he was just as concerned for her safety in driving it as I was! I was truly expecting a typical "used car argument" in trying to get the car fixed and having to pay for it all myself. Not in this case. Chin told me he would take care of me and my daughter and he truly backed up his promise!!! Chin was very friendly and customer service oriented. I am a happy and satisfied customer!!

We thought we purchased a good decent car for my nephew. But we only had it for three weeks before it started making a noise. We took it to 3 different mechanics who all said the same thing, a loose timing chain. I called to inform them of our findings, and he said that the mechanics were wrong. So I thought we would try one more mechanic, because I wanted to believe the salesman, and on the way there the car died. I called the the salesman back and he told me they wouldnt take the car back. I told him we did want them to take it back, just wanted it fixed. My nephew needs and likes the car, just needs it fixed. But he was not being cooperative. He didnt want me to say we just bought it three weeks ago, that seemed to irritate him. I could tell I was getting nowhere with this person, so I let him know I would be making some phone calls to complain on this establishment and getting on social media to warn unsuspecting car buyers about this place. All I wanted was for the car to be fixed, thats it. Now we have no car and lost $4300. Doesnt sound like good customer service to me. In fact, this is an ethics issue, and the fact that this business has none.

Im one who is typically pretty scared of going to a dealer like this. Personally, I like to buy used cars off of 1 owner, who has all of the records and has taken car of the car etc. But in this case, once I saw the pictures, I HAD to go look. What did I have to lose right? Well, they were VERY courteous first of all which is important. Initially when I asked for the carfax, they were skeptical that they would have to pay for it and then I not buy the car. But they did and allowed me to see it. Then they allowed me to take it to the dealership and have it scrutinized (for a small deposit). I then came back and negotiated and got the car at the price I wanted. It was a 2007 Honda minivan and super clean. Not only did I get the car, but I got it way below what the car fax said it was worth, and the dealer knew this but still made the deal. So I walked away with a clean car, clean title, carfax in hand, and got it for less than it retails for. A LOT less. The car had 1 previous owner so I STILL got what I want. I highly recommend this dealer.

Waste of my time. I was looking for a used Lexus RX350 online and found one here at One World Cars. After showing up and finding the car on the lot (which was blocked in by 2 other cars), I was told that Id have to get my credit run first BEFORE I could test drive the car. Seems very shady, Ive never had any place run my credit before a test drive. I suspect they didnt want to move the other cars to get the RX350 out. I declined to have my credit checked after inspecting the car physically as thoroughly as I could without actually driving the vehicle. The asking price was also a bit higher than other places near-by for the same year and mileage RX350. Out of the 10+ places I had looked, this was the only one which asked to run my credit first before driving the car. This is very inconvenient and is a shady business practice, especially if you dont end up purchasing from them (since your credit has already taken a hit at that point). I would recommend going somewhere else, save yourself the time and trouble.

As soon as I got there with my friends, the dealership that took care of us did not have any good manners whatsoever, the first thing he told us was you know the price, there is no negotiation to do here. Almost like "if you are not ready to pay, dont waste my time" kinda attitude. Apparently, it was a special price for the car, and all the damage that comes with the car was part of that special price but the thing is that those damages dont appear on the pictures shown on the website, basically what I found there was not what I saw on their website, and that dealership attitude just made me want to leave... Also according to them, if you dont agree on the price they will not let u test drive the car... A real bad experience I had there
