I purchased a car three weeks ago & dealt with a "man name TONY" or i call him a LIAR TO GET A SALE; At that time I thought he had a great people person attitude. I forgot con-artist do to. When I called to inquiry about the FIRST LIE he told everything would be $2500 but then when it came down to swiping my card the total was around $2900 cash. Then when I was doing paper work SECOND LIE he said I had to be responsible for my inspection sticker because THEY DIDNT HAVE THE MACHINE TO DO MY CAR. LIKE A FOOL I BELIEVED HIM & the check engine light wasnt on. Then the check engine light came on for EGR-VALVE & Tony THIRD LIE he said charge me $160 no labor but then try to charge me $200. Then the check engine light came on again for same code, took car back to TONY & FOURTH LIE he told me code had something to do with exhaustion&told me go to Triple A Exhaustion. I did & Howard said the code is EGR & guy at AUTOZONE stated they probably didnt clean connection. Tony said they do it TOOK CAR BACK ON SATURDAY & when I was sitting outside I NOTICE A BIG SIGN THAT STATES THEY CERTIFIED TO DO STATE INSPECTION????? People telling me I got the right to take it back under the lemon law. But people like TONY forget that some people BEEN THROUGH ALOT AS A COLLEGE STUDENT & DEALING WITH A HEAD INJURY & BEYOND FED UP WITH THE WAY OF HOW SOME NON-GOD FEARING FOLKS.....LIE TO ME JUST TO TAKE MY MONEY THAT I DONT HAVE REALLY. I cant help but assume did he do me like this because IM BLACK & A WOMEN THAT WENT LOOKING FOR A CAR ON MY OWN. Like Ive told everybody IM TOO STRESS WITH OTHER THINGS TO DEAL WITH TONY LYING SELF. IF I GET A TICKET FOR NOT HAVING A INSPECTION STICKER, I WILL GO TO COURT & PLEAD MY CASE THAT IF TONY NEVER LIED SAYING THEY DIDNT HAVE MACHINE TO DO INSPECTION I WOULDNT NEVER BROUGHT THAT CAR. These guys are the bomb. Ive dealt with a lot of small dealers and repair shops before, so I was unsure when my wife said she found the exact car Id wanted since I was 15 for a decent price out in Plano. I cleaned out my old death trap and we went to see what the deal was. We showed up and Tony was totally nice. He could tell how much I loved the car (Deep Purple PT cruiser, dream cruiser series, with a convertible soft top), so he let me know right away that I should make a list of repair requests. It was everything I dreamed it would be. It was used, so there was some wear on the seats and the console that controlled the power locks, mirrors, and trunk was broken. Even though I was basically sold on the car without these minor fixes, Tony made sure everything was taken care of! We got the car at about 6K, which was really fair (especially because they took my previous death trap trade in without even looking at it). They walked me through financing with a company they use(Which Im happy with thus far), and I drove car off the lot that day. When I had time, I came back and had the issues on my list fixed. And when the plates and registration sticker came in a few weeks later, they had me in and out in about 15 minutes! Tony has kept his word, been totally pleasant and professional, and has promised continued satisfaction with future repairs, purchases, and upkeep. 3400 Auto will be my go-to car place for the foreseeable future. You can trust this review because as soon as I feel like Ive been treated unfairly, Ill be sure to write another one

I purchased a car there and I knew it was used and I would end up having to fix things here and there luckily mad dad is a mechanic and has been doing the work... When I purchased the car I dealt with Ira and then Tony... These 2 individuals although nice are crooks and take advantage of people... A day after I bought the car my check engine light came on I contacted them and let them know I was bringing it back in they said ok and then they kept it for a few days.... Always saying its gonna be ready the next day the next day when I finally picked it up I was told that if they light came back on I could take it back no problem... I took my car for inspection and I was told the check engine light was out so I told my dad and he took the dash apart to see what the problem was turned out someone had placed a piece of black tape to cover the light from showing through the dash. I contacted Ira to tell him what we found and to explain how wrong that is to do and hopefully get the APOLOGY I DESERVED AFTER SPEND $4800 in cash! He got defensive and said he and they dont so that there... So basically DONT EVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE THEY MIGHT BE NICE BUT THEY SURE WILL STICK IT TO YOU!!!! I wish he would have at least apologized for the troubles as my dad already took car of the problem but of course like all businesses they take no fault or try to resolve the problem accept place blame on someone else... Which I know the tape came from there as no one else had worked on it since the time I took it to them cause the light had come on!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUYS!!! " TONY " IS A BIG LIAR !!! THEY WILL PROBABLY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. I BOUGHT A AUTOMOBILE FROM THEM AND THEY TOLD ME IF I NOTICED ANYTHING WRONG TO TAKE IT BACK SO I DID. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED THEM AND TOLD THEM THE CAR WAS SHAKING AND MAKING WIRED NOISES SO I TOOK IT IN AND THEY KEPT THE CAR FOR A WEEK I CALLED MANY TIMES TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS READY AND THEY JUST KEPT TELLING ME NO THEN ONE DAY I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE OWNER "TONY" HE SAID THE CAR WAS READY TO PICK UP. TWO DAYS LATER THE CAR WAS DOING THE SAME NOISES, THEY ONLY HAVE A GUY WORKING ON THE CARS THAT HE PROBABLY HAS TO MUCH PRESSURE FROM THE OWNERS HE DOSE DOT THE JOB RIGHT, THEY TOLD ME TO TAKE THE CAR BACK BUT IT WAS NOT FIXED I CALLED BACK ANGRY AND TONY SAID HE WOULD NOT FIX IT CAUSE IT HAD BEEN FIXED HE REFUSED TO FIX IT, AFTER A LONG TALK OF ME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING HE AGREED TO FIX IT BUT TILL THIS DAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL ..... BELIEVE ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO THROUGH THIS SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY AND GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE!!!!

I bought a 2010 Hyundai Elantra from them about 2 months ago. Price was good and they were very nice, accommodating, and really flexible. They let me take the car to the shop of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection which is huge as I had been to a place prior that would not let me do this. They were even flexible enough to let me keep the car a little longer due to delays to get it into the shop. They offered to take care of anything that came up in the inspection. The shop just suggested that a transmission fluid change be done. I took it back to Auto Sales and they took care of that as well as a few other small items I had noticed while inspecting the car (driver side car lock getting stuck occasionally, etc.). They addressed ALL my concerns and it was a very pleasant experience. They were also flexible with payment and they are open later than most dealers. They even stayed open a little later while I was trying to look at the car again with my wife. I definitely recommend them.
