Bought an older model Mustang from Jeff at a great price as a second vehicle. Car is in great condition with low miles. As it so happens, we took ownership of the vehicle 2 days before our wedding and this Mustang was supposed to be our cruising vehicle for after the wedding and during the honeymoon and when a problem with a gas valve was discovered, Jeff fixed it immediately as it was a safety issue that he was not aware of until after we took ownership of the vehicle. We had our car in time for the wedding and it was amazing. When I need another car I wont hesitate to go back to Jeff and see what he has in stock. Another note, he stores the vehicles indoors and from what I could tell when I was on the lot he is picky about the vehicles he keeps in stock. I like this because I am a very picky and hard to please person.

I recently bought a 01 BMW convertible from First Car Automotive. It was the exact color I was looking for and had under 50,000 miles on it. The description online was accurate and it had a clean Car Fax. I called to speak with them about the car & Jeff answered all of my questions. He had no problem with me bringing the car to a local BMW shop for a pre purchase inspection which all checked out fine. Bought a Pathfinder from them. They are tucked away in an industrial complex. Most people look at their inventory online before they show up, so it takes the hassle out of looking around, but then they know they got you. Not much for negotiations. After we made the sale I found out the it only came with one key, and the actuator was bad in the driver door, so the key fob did not lock and unlock the door. He was nice enough to give us $100.00 for the part, but not the service. I still love my truck though.

Bought a beautiful 2004 Infinity G35 coupe for my son here. The guys that run this place have 60+ nice vehicles all in a great price range. They did me right on trading in a 1999 Toyota Minivan. Anyone buying a used car should shop here first. Ive bought 2 new cars in my life, and Ill never do that again. Ill be going to First Car. Once we picked what we wanted, I went back a day later and Jeff got the paperwork for the deal done in less than an hour. Great customer service.

These folks were great to do business with. I corresponded with Jeff quite a bit before making the trip down there. Upon arrival the vehicle was clean as described, and the transaction was smooth as could be. Of course I was busy looking over the vehicle I was buying, but I did briefly browse over some of the other inventory and all of the vehicles offered were exceptionally clean. Overall I was very satisfied, completely worth the 600 mile trip to get a truly clean used Lexus.
