This is the future of selling your vehicle. Forget AutoTrader, Forget Craigslist, Forget Carmax, and Forget Trading your car into the Dealership. Texas Direct has all of them beat. I legitimately had a difficult time finding the place because I was looking for a large car lot. However, there are NO cars here, which means no pushy salespeople, which means no game playing with your offer like: "Here is your offer ($) but if you trade it in we can give you ($+)". What a novel idea... Texas Direct pays you what your car is worth... When I walked in I had no expectation to sell my Truck. I of course had done my homework on what I thought it was valued at, I had already been to Carmax and a dealership and got their offers and was really just looking for a number to beat when I would list it on Craigslist and AutoTrader. Needless to say, I accepted their generous offer and walked out with a check in hand. I had a great experience and would highly recommend you visit them. It is FREE... there is no obligation... they have a place for the kids, TVs everywhere, massage chairs and a giant rhino. In addition to all of that, they treat you like a person and not like their next "sale".

If you are planning on selling or trading in your car, I highly recommend that you give this place a shot. We were haggling over trade-in value with some local dealers, and they wouldnt even come close to what Quay offered us. Dealers love to talk about the tax savings you get for trade-ins, but even with that, we still came out better using Texas Direct Auto. Another thing I liked was that Quay doesnt give you the run around. He comes in with really good offers based on the condition of your vehicle, and once you decide to move forward, the process is quick and easy.

This place comes as close to the category of "too good to be true" as it gets. I had went to the major competitor first before visiting TDA. Within 30 minutes or less, I had a quote that was $1k higher. I accepted and they were faster than my bank at processing everything (my bank was the hold up). In and out in the same morning, with a check for the difference in my hand and the car was transferred and paid off 10 business days later. EASY AS IT GETS.

If you need to sell a car this is 100% the place to do it. Quay is knowledgeable, fair and professional. He and Taylor were both so friendly and accommodating. I went to carmax and waited nearly 2 hours (and was ignored most of that time) to get a low-ball offer. At Texas Direct I was out in less than an hour and had a massage while I waited for my check! This place is great. Needed to sell my car on short notice when I moved to Washington DC. Staff is very friendly and professional, they have massage chairs while you wait, along with various refreshment options. Quay gave me a fair amount for my vehicle and I left with my check in hand within an hour. Quick and painless and they really know how to treat their customers, which is not something to brush off in the car sales industry!

This really is a drama free zone! I had to bring my own but that is another story. If you want to sell your car for a more than fair price go see Quay and Taylor. Quay appraised my mustang in the afternoon. It was quite a bit more than the "other guys". So I went home got the title brought the car back the next morning with the keys and had a check in minutes. Thats how easy it was!
