i would not recommend parks auto sales to anyone they sell their customers problem cars and take advantage of poor people who have no other choice but to take it. Im a single mother who needs a car to get my children back and forth to school and to get myself back and forth to work. I bought a 2006 trailblazer from parks auto sales when i went there the owner Mr. Parks makes it sound so good to buy a car from there claiming they are a christian family owned company who dont sell bad cars to his customers. But thats what they sold me. the check engine light came on and he had promised to fix it telling me he would pay to get fixed out of his pocket. After taking it to his mechanic 2 times assuring me they fixed it the light came back on the very next day both times i told him about the light still being on. When it wouldnt pass inspection he told me to take it somewhere else. So i took it and after a week with no car Mr. Parks picks it up from the mechanic and wont give it back to me until i come up with $800 the price to fix it. After telling him it wasnt right of him to do me like this he acts like hes doing me a favor and tells me he will only make me pay half $400. He even acted like it was my fault and assuming i had not took care of the car because it cost so much to get it fixed. So i end up paying it to get my car back and guess what the very next day the light is back on. These people are rude and they take advantage of people like me who have bad credit and cant afford anything better. You shouldnt say you are going to fix it and lie.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My husband and I have purchased five vehicles from Parks Auto Sales. After having visited other dealerships and being turned off by dishonest and untrustworthy sales persons, our visit to Parks Auto Sales was a breath of fresh air! I must say this dealership is top notch. WOW.... what an experience, this is not your ordinary dealership. These guys are not only helpful, but they arent pushy when it comes to helping you choose your car. The first visit we just browsed their inventory, and we were greeted immediately by both Mr. Parks and his sons as soon as we arrived. When we were ready to make a purchase they were very helpful in making sure we could afford the vehicle. They also helped us with a very reasonable downpayment, and connected us with an insurance agent for affordable car insurance. Since they report to the credit bureau we have have both been able to re-build our credit just by making our car payments every week.They are a family owned business and they are all very polite, respectful and helpful. Its also very refreshing to hear KCBI 90.9 playing outside and inside everytime time we visit this dealership. I have no doubts that we will be visiting Parks Auto Sales again!

The Parks family has been a Blessing to my family for 14 years. December of last year we needed a second car to help my husband and I both work and they were able to get us into a car we could afford and when the car quit working this past month they went above and beyond to help us by trading it for a newer car. This is the 4th car we have purchased from them and we will be buying more when the kids start driving. I would recommend them to anyone who need a car, because as long as you talk to them they will do whatever they can to help you. Thanks Parks Auto for everything!

Im not sure what too say about this place. I bought a car from them back in 2009. Had it for a few months and a member of my family got himself into some financial trouble and was about too have his car repossessed, so i agreed too take over the payments. I talked too the owner of this dealership, and he said no problem, just return the vehicle and all is good. 5 years later, im viewing my credit report, and low and behold, it shows a repossession from Parks Auto Sales..hmmm... Im confused as too how and rectify this matter...

I had a accident and totaled my car. I had just moved from Wisconsin. So I had no idea what to do. My Grandfather heard about this company over the Radio and decided to go to see. With my income I didnt have a lot of choices but to get a cheap car at the time. The day after I totaled my car I went to this place and as of that day I brought a car and was very satisfied with the service there. They are very nice and you can hear them on 94.9.Go check them and see for yourself.

Ive been dealing with Bill Parks and his family for about 20 years, even after having lived in central Texas for 12 years, when I showed back up, Bill Parks knew me by name, that is a level of customer service you wont find anywhere else, this is my 4th vehicle purchase from them. I have never met a more honest and trustworthy car dealer, dont go anywhere else if youre looking for a great deal. Just Park yourself at Parks and enjoy the good deal.
