After shopping here for 3 years, the management has gotten consistently worse. The managers are rude, disrespectful to customers and other employees, and lazy. The prices are inconsistent and sometimes unreasonable for what the item is. On day you can get a Coach purse for 4.00 in excellent condition and go up front to find one in the display case for 65.00 with stains inside. Clothing hanging on the racks with holes in them priced at 12.99 because they are name brand. And a few times,Ive seen items kept behind or at the register and pulled out when a few customers came to check out but not offered to others. Almost as if they were waiting on them - maybe??? regardless of any policy they claim to have regarding personal buys/holds. Even making a donation causes a big scene when you ask for "tax slip." There are too thrift shops in this area to subject yourself to this type of "shopping experience." I think a mystery shopper is long overdue here.

I cannot believe that a THRIFT STORE would charge so much for second hand clothes and decorations for a home. Money does not grow on trees nor can it be wished out of the air. Next the managers in the store I cannot undetstand how some of them became managers. There is one I believe her name is Annette I cant see how someone as snotty and stuck up as her was given a manager position. I went in there and simply asked her why some things were priced so high and the response I got has made me not want to go back there because I dont want to shop in a store that has people who are going to be so snooty to their customers for no reason. Again it is a THRIFT STORE!!! I have to say though if you do ever decide to go there after reading this and have a question, ask for Lisa, she is a manager who will go above and beyond to help you.

Prices are ridiculous and insulting at times. Their excuse usually always boils down to "their stuff isnt free" (assuming they mean its because they have to process and stock, which every.single.retail store does anyway after cost of good and delivery). Well, they dont pay a bill of landing or cost of goods for purchase so sorry to tell them, its free merchandise. The absolute junk is the only thing priced reasonable but even then its a big if. When the heat and humidity is up, the store smells like a NYC sewer. The people got a tad nicer but still not worth the trip unless you have time to kill and have a discount card.

They offer job placement for the ones who qualify in the Goodwill system, and also they offer a good Thrift Store that sells everyday items and electronic items. They sell desktop and laptop computers, books, CDs, DVD"s, VHS tapes, house hold items, shoes, clothing, and sometimes personal care items.

They are too pricy and if you are looking for a treasure dont bother they told us that they have someone in the back that looks everything up and charges you to real rate or they sell it to other employee family members. Not cool!! This location was where I got that info from a employee.

Lots of good stuff for good prices, but also not so good stuff for not so good prices. Its a relatively clean store, however not a lot of variety when it comes to accessories.

Smaller store with an OK selection. Does not seem to get as good of items as some of the other stores or items are picked through very fast. But nonetheless still good option.

Loved the friendliness and helpfulness off the staff. Selections of items and clothes were good and clothes were nicely organized. Bathroom was a good size.

There is a drive up drop off in the back for donations, which is really convenient! Its not well-lighted at night, so go in the daytime.

Dont go to these stores in Virginia . they dont offer any discounts for military or college people which is plain stupid
