Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!! This is Fr. Bruce of St. Michaels National Catholic Apostolic Church. Normally I do not venture far but I noticed an event from Miami Cigar & Co. for La Sirena Cigar. Figuring Id learn about this new cigar for the upcoming Gooses Smokin Fest in Limerick, PA and also get to speak to the sales rep for Miami Cigar, I decided to take a ride to Newark, DE. What a great place! There are two areas, the sales area with the cashier and then the humidor. The humidor is huge and it is stocked!!! I mean over-stocked!!! I was so excited by the many brands that I knew and even more by the ones that I did not know. They have a wonderful selection of premium cigars and Raphael (Miami Cigar & Co), Gary (the owner) and Arielle (La Sirena Cigar) were all wonderfully friendly people and made our visit there quite enjoyable. By the way, the La Sirena was a great cigar as well. I am hoping to see a selection of Miami Cigar & Co premium cigars in our local stores in PA but Ill definitely take the ride to Garys store any time as it was worth the 90 minute drive!!!

My smoke shop: I live in Philly and there’re many smoke shops that I can visit in the Tri State area, from; the mom and pop shops to the national retailers. However for the last three years I chose to drive the extra miles and buy my sticks from Cigar-ette City. Gary and his team treat you like family and the customer service at check-out is outstanding. The walk-in humidor is; the largest I’ve been in, its layout is well designed, the manufacturers and brands seems to have a intuitive flow, so, its easy to find that smoke your buddy told you about. The selection; Opus X, got them, what size do you want, God of Fire, got them too, what size do you want, it goes on and on. Its like a mental overload, I compare it to walking into a Lowes for the first time, your senses are overwhelmed by the selection, you want to stay until you see everything, because there is something you want and need in this place. So, whether you buy a twenty dollar sticks or a four dollar sticks, you will be treated the same, like a valued customer, have fun and enjoy!

Terrible customer service! I just left there without making a purchase, even though they had exactly what I wanted to buy. When I entered the store, there was just one other customer waiting at the far register, but no employee in site. After a couple minutes, the employee with red hair came out from the back room of the store and assisted the initial customer who was waiting with his transaction. Then, without acknowledging me, she immediately went into the backroom again. Almost at the same time, another employee came from the side door, looked at me and started talking to the other employee in the back. Another customer then walks in. Then when the female employee emerges from the back room, she immediately assists the customer that was behind me. I walked out without any type of hello, Ill be with you in a minute or any other civil courtesy. I walked out and will never return to this store. Cigar-ette City needs to do better. Gary, Anthony, Joe...you couldnt ask for a more knowledgable and accomodating staff of professionals. They listen to you and without bias guide you to a phenominal smoke. They wont let you make a mistake. I was there today and witnessed moms and dads bringing in their sons to purshase "graduation" celebratory smokes. There was a customers that drove close to two hours just because of his appreciation for the service and selection he knew he would receive. Another customer came to Gary for advice...he had just purchased a rare cigar from the estate of a local cigar afficiando. Gary identified it immediately as being an exclusive cigar produced only for the Fuente family. Can you imagine how proud that customer was of his purchase? I recommend that anyone reading this review sign up for Garys facebook to be kept informed of all the special shows and events that Gary offers. After you do that...go visit them...youll be glad you did.

Best shop around. Gary and his staff are so ultra helpful with finding something youll enjoy that its increased my interest in cigars. The entire staff there is extremely knowledgeable and super courteous each and everytime I visit the shop. Its so nice to find a place where you know your questions will get answered and youre going to end up with a quality product. I left the shop a question on facebook regarding my hygrometer, and within minutes Gary took the time to figure out my problem and provide a link to help me correct it. You dont see that kind of dedication and genuine concern for their customers out of many places. Cigar-ette City is the only place Ill shop for cigars, hands down. The absolutely huge selection and great staff Gary has acquired is the best in the business and their passion shows with the amazing atmosphere they have provide.

This is a fantastic cigar shop. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their selection of cigars is incredible. I went there knowing nothing about cigars, and was nervous about the reception I might get as a younger enthusiast. Right off the bat I was helped and I never felt snubbed. Gary is always willing to answer any questions you might have, from whats in stock to how cigars are made. Ive learned an incredible amount about cigars just by talking to the people there. Whenever I want to branch out and try something new, I can always depend on the staff to steer me right. If youre in the area and like cigars, you have to drop in.

This place is awful! Dont go here! Id hate for everyone to find this jewel of a cigar shop and clog up the place! This is THE BEST cigar shop for hours of the Delaware area. Gary, Anthony, and the whole crew are all extreamely knowlegeable and passionate about fine cigars. Theyll eagerly answer any and all questions regardless of how green horned you think they may be. Along with the amazing staff is the amazing selection of smokes; and now with the newly expanded humidor its even easier for Gary to stock super-premium sticks from floor to ceiling in order to give you even cheaper prices. Extensive selection including all the Nat Sherman blends and over and above customer service The hours were not posted on Yelp and incorrectly posted on Google. I was visiting Delaware and drove 30 miles in hopes of finding my favorite Nat Shermans. I arrived just in time to find the store had just closed. I waited for the staff to leave and as they were walking out, I told Debra my situation. She was an angel and took the time to reopen the store and they had my blend in stock! She was able to sell me two packs and said she would handle the register in the morning. Thank you Cigar-Ette City and thank you, Debra! Im a fan!

Excellent cigar shop! I cannot say enough good things about Cigar Ette Cigar and Gary Griffith. Anytime I visit from out of town, he always makes sure that he is available for questions. There are many Cigar shops that are closer to me, but speaking with Gary makes the drive worthwhile. With Gary, I always feel as though I am learning something new on every visit. Not to mention, they carry many HTF cigars as well as cigars with a few years of age on them. Take the drive, make it a trip, you will be impressed by the selection and knowledge base of Gary and Paul.
