Called dealership to tell them I was driving an hour down to see truck I was serious about buying. Told me someone would be there. After I got to place the owners made me wait an hour plus because they left. I try to be patient and check out all the other vehicles. 95% of Cars and trucks here are worthless with large amount of frame and body Rust. I couldnt believe the amount on some of the vehicles! Anyway I left a deposit for the truck I came to see. They called me back two days later after insuring truck and all that they couldnt sell it anymore. I had a feeling they sold it for more to someone else. Looked at Carfax and wouldnt ya know I was right. They sold the truck after I put a deposit on it and gave me some fake story. Not only does this dealership have no values they will do illegal moves and try to hide it. I never wrote a review before this and I can honestly say this is the worst business I ever dealt with!!! Do yourself a favor and never go here. Huge waste of time and money. How does this place even stay in business?

My experience turned out good in the beginning and the it became a DISASTER.. I just purchased a car from the on 4/27/17 I signed my contract with them drove my car home the next day i got a call that the bank did not accept the loan the request addtl. info. my employer sent it monday 5/1/17 I get a call yesterday to come into the today to find out the bank will not accept me and they wanted the car back. Can you imagine i had the car for 6 days and then the owner had the nerve to say he wanted to keep $495 out of my deposit due to their error how can you let someone drive off the lot and they are not approved yet. I demanded my full $1500 down payment he wanted to give me a check I told him NO i want my cash back. I had to call the police who never showed up. Finally I got all my money back in cash. My car was nice i loved it Ford Edge the gentleman there were very nice to me so i cannot speak bad about the sales team . i just feel like they should not allow people to take a car that wasnt approved by the bank.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. For starters I live more than an hour away from this place. Before going to the dealership I called and asked if they had the vehicle I saw them promoting online. They said they had and I drove an hour and a half for them not to have the vehicle. As I was looking around I found a similar vehicle. This was a Jeep Wrangler. This Wrangler seemed in pretty good condition and I got it financed. Later on 8 months I take it to the shop to find out the whole frame was rusted and that I could not drive it anymore because the vehicle could collapse at any moment. I was never informed about the rusting. Now I have a debt of thousands of dollars while in college. I cant even drive the vehicle because I can possibly kill my self and others while driving it. Such a terrible shady dealership. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. They also have MULTIPLE complaints in the Passaic consumer reports. I hope this place gets shutdown

I wouldnt bother with these guys. They say youll need 20-30% of the total price for a down payment, but the guy i spoke to told me I would need more. The amount he told me was 50%! He said it was based on my credit and income, but I was approved for almost the exact same car at a slightly higher price for less than 20%. Not only that , I had to call them 2 days after filling out their online application. Someone else had apparently put a deposit on the car I applied for on their website, so I guess they figured they just wouldnt bother calling me. How are they still in business? Someone is interested in paying for your cars and you dont want to reach out to them? Smart.... Dont be fooled by the good reviews, Im pretty sure they wrote them. A lot seem to be written in the same bad English that I heard from the rep I spoke to. Id avoid this place, they dont seem trustworthy at all.

My work truck broke down at the beginning of this winter, I own a heating business so I needed one quick. I saw an e150 van advertised on the internet for $7999 so I came to take a look. The van looked ok so my wife applied for financing and was approved. My first issue which I did not realize until about a week later was that there was $1000 added to the sales price when my wife signed the financing documents. Very deceptive and sneaky, yes she should have noticed it but she trusted that the salesman would have charged us the price that was agreed on which was the asking price. Second is that when I got the vehicle home the entire suspension was shot - front and rear springs and shocks, and it had an exhaust manifold leak. I couldnt register as commercial because of financing. DONT TRUST THESE GUYS! TOOK TOTAL ADVANTAGE OF US!

Frank was the worst, never returns calls, doesnt transfer your plates or take care of your registration (took up to 2 months), lies and says he didnt say something which he clearly did. 5 months later and im still dealing with things he should have taken care of, that i am now finding out he didnt. Hes nice to get the sale but otherwise very rude. Hides problems with the vehicle that you clearly cant have a warranty on. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. He gives this company a horrible reputation. Stay away from here.

This place sucks.....beware of the pics with the black an white checked floor....they make the vehicle look brand new and when you get there it is crap....refuse to give you your down payment back and then try to sell you something else.....one of the guys in the "5 star" review is an employee....image that....they need to use an employee to make a review.......RUN from this place......i will be involved in a lawsuit with them shortly for fraud...... also beware of their other name EMINOGLU......same place....same scammers

This place is horrible. They are a bunch of liars. I paid cash for my truck in July and they guarantied I would pass inspection. It is now December and I am still waiting for my title and registraiton. You cant get your vehicle inspected without paperwork. My check engine light has been on since the first week I bought it, They told me they would take care of it until I told them the code is for the transmission. Its going to cost $3,500 to fix and now they wont answer my calls. STAY AWAY

First off all of the reviews on here and not true. They are all by the people that work there! Do not be deceived. Experience was terrible. Customer service was awful cant bring the cars to a mechanic. When it came to the price I came in at 1000 lower as a reasonable cash offer and was willing to go up but the owner just shook his head and walked away from me!! A willing buyer after everything. Not even willing to discuss price further. Terrible way to do business.
