Avoid these guys at costs. Theyll sell you a car, and tell you they cant find the title. Then they will tell you it turns out the auction place where they got your car didnt give them a title. Then they will claim they cant get a replacement title, which is complete and utter bull because you can. Then they will tell you they will find you another car, the same one, and not to worry because it isnt a rare gem. Then about a month will go by, and they will not have that OTHER CAR, but yours somehow will still remain on their website as for sale. Finally, you will get the hint that they just want the car back because they are mostly hoping to sell that car to someone else who will pay it upfront with no trade in as you did. When you try to get your refund, they will try to say they must give you a check, when you gave them almost $3000 in cash, and to wait a few days and they will get the cash "cuz im not tha owner so..." yeah anyway. What have you learned? Newark dealerships in crappy areas will provide you with much b.s. on silver platters. Avoid them even if it is the nicer looking place on the block and just do as I did, seek advice from a lawyer and other dealerships, and dont let him push you around or take their crap or let them try to put you in a hideous trade with more mileage. Demand your money in cash, as you paid, and tell them to go screw and that you hope the person they are holding the car for is worth it because they just got this wonderful review revealing how they do business. p.s go screw and they should let me rate this with no stars you dont deserve one.

I purchased a used car from them 3 years ago. They didnt follow through with their 3 month warranty. They claimed they honored the internet price I found online, but I later discovered they worked the numbers in the paperwork to their benefit. I had numerous problems with the car. The extended warranty company they refer you to does NOT follow through with any covered breakdowns, with or without an authorized number from them. My vehicle wouldnt pass inspection and they didnt want to solve the problem even though the law says they have to! Long story short, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and went back and forth several times until finally they cut me a check for what I was asking to make the purchase fair. They never admitted to any fault though. COMPLETE hassle and high levels of stress dealing with these people. Stay away at all costs!

Do not let their lot fool you as to all of their cars have issues. Customer service is POOR and UNPROFESSIONAL. They will hang up on you the moment you tell them there is a problem with your car. They are consistent liars and do not even have a manager (though I spoke to a "manager"). Dont waste your hard earned money here.
