I went to this place because I was looking for a 2001 Toyota MR2, I saw the car on the internet and went there one day to see it. I got there, test drove the car, I liked it and when I was ready to make an offer for it he right up front told me: "Theres no negotiation, I wish you had told me before that you were not going to buy it so I wouldnt have wasted my time.". The car was advertised for $4950 but with taxes and all fees would come out to about $5700. I offered $5200 and the owner, Sam, replied the way I described above. After a week I came back and bought the car for $5350 cash. He told me that I had 30 days warranty on the Engine and Transmission. Next day I take the car to the Toyota dealer and it happens that I need a transmission... As I expected, he is not standing up for his word. He says that the transmission is good when the manufacturer is saying that the part needs replacement. This is exactly what happened to me...I would not recommend this used car dealer to anybody. If youre smart go somewhere else. P.S. When I was there buying my car, the employees had put regular gasoline on a Diesel Mercedes ML... that shows a little the kind of people that he has working for him. UPDATE 04/27/2016 As I read the response from the used car dealer owner I am speechless of all the lies that he is stating. He did told me to come back but not to review my problem. He told me to take the car back and he would give me my money back minus $500. I did not accept his offered because to fix the transmission will cost me about $500 as I work in an Auto Body Shop. I have no interest in being here lying about my experience as I will not gain anything from this, I just want other people to be aware of what happened to me so they think twice before going to this used car dealer. When I was at this dealer I was not helped by anyone else other than the owner, no other employee assisted me. He was rude and unprofessional, as far as the employees putting gasoline in a diesel vehicle is the least of my concerns however it is true and I have a witness to confirm it, that same witness is a mechanic with a lot of experience that actually tired to help him by telling him what to do in order to fix the problem (flush all the gas lines). All I wanted was this gentleman to stand by his word and at least pay for the transmission repair cost, that will not happen but its ok, as they says, what goes around comes around and when you take advantage of somebody like this, GOD doesnt sleep. I wish this gentleman the best in his business. I will never go back to this place. Sincerely, Tiago Martins

Top notch customer service. One is typically wary of the Used Car Industry, but there is nothing but positive things to say about this unassuming little place in NJ. Andy went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I would be 100% comfortable with our purchase. Car was brought to Mercedes Benz for an inspection to uncover any hidden problems that might exist on the vehicle and the few issues that turned up were taken care of. The car was driven to my husbands workplace 1/2 hour away so that he could test drive it since he had no way of getting to their location in Patterson and on the day of purchase a car was sent to pick him up from his job since he commutes via mass transit. Additionally, every text, e-mail, phone call is returned promptly. Every question is answered, every request has been fulfilled without ever being made to feel like one is asking too much. No hidden fees, price was as listed and transaction and everything related was completely transparent, all receipts provided but above all, Andy is just a friendly and all around genuine and nice guy that seems to take a lot of pride in his cars. I needed a new car as I was in a car accident and needed another reliable and solid vehicle. We were looking for the car which would be serving me and my family in the best possible way. I was very specific in my search, from the model of the car, to its color:)! I was very happy when we were able to locate the car of my dreams!! It was in a perfect condition, very clean and in a great shape. Apart from very minor adjustments, it did not need anything! We were very pleased with an excellent customer service we received at the dealership. Andy was extremely helpful, very accommodating, and was ready to help us in the timing and financing of the vehicle. He was always available if we had any questions about logistics, and was always patient and very explanatory. He made us feel very special, not just regular walk in customers, but like someone who is more like a friend. We would absolutely recommend this dealership! Do NOT judge this book by its cover. Market Auto may not be the prettiest (or roomiest) used car lot youve ever seen, but the honesty, service, and pricing is probably better than you would get at a lot of other dealers. I recently bought a used Lexus from Market Auto. It was a very good car buying experience. Andy was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car. More importantly, he was able to get me a very good finance rate. There was a small issue with the A/C that I noticed after taking delivery, but the Owner, Sam, got it fixed up for me immediately. I brought the car to a mechanic to have it checked out, and there were no issues at alI. I have had the car for over a month, have taken it to Canada and back, and everything runs fine. I would definitely recommend Market Auto to anyone looking for a higher end used car.

I am beyond satisfied with my experience at Market Auto Sales. Sam has done a more than excellent job to put me first and make me feel 100% comfortable about my purchase. He assured me that he would not let me leave the lot without him knowing it is 100% safe to drive, and that is just what he did. He took it to the mechanic and got new brakes as well as a battery put in. When I came back to pick up my car, it was cleaned beautifully and the process was in and out! I was able to take my new car in no time at all which is a first in my books! I felt like family with him, he truly did an impressive job making me feel safe and enjoy my experience buying a used car! Wonderful job, Sam. Good doing business with you! :)

Scoured the web for the best price vs. specs on an Audi Q7. After a few bait and switch type experiences I found Market Auto Sales. Drove up and was greeted on the street by Andrew, the sales manger. Laughed my arse off through the entire experience. Like the other reviews, got a quality vehicle right priced with no bs. Andrew handled all the paperwork and my trade in so efficiently it felt more like ordering a whiskey neat. Sam, treated my wife and I like family, easing all technical and logistical concerns about buying used. Highly recommend these guys and the beautiful inventory they procure.
