John seemed nice. He is good what he does and says. I purchased a Benz that turn out to be a nightmare with many hidden unstated problems. Yes it was part my fault because I purchased it. It looked real nice. I was genuine with my money, and desire for a used car. John kept hidden problems from me, just to put money in his pocket. So many thousands of dollars later chasing repairs, transmission, Cat converters, electrical, computer, I decided to give the car away and ship it to my Son in Ca. If you are selling cars for years at a family owned business, you know very much about different used cars. You also know how to band aid all problems just to make that sale. I just threw away about 10,000.00 dollars just a mere 6 months of owning it. I am still paying it off to protect my credit. Yes sold as is is one thing. Sold with hidden issues to deceive and make a sale at all costs is flat out lying. Dont trust this guy John, or Jon. How does he sleep at night deceiving people. Buyer please do go there!!!

Originally I would have given Jon 5 stars. He was great selling the car. Everything was done smoothly and quickly. 2012 Corvette. However the downfall came 2 months after purchase. The clutch master cylinder went bad in the car after about 1100 miles. Since the car was under the 3month, 3 thousand mile warranty I called Jon and left a message. He called me back. He told me the clutch wasnt covered. I said I know that, but it was the master cylinder not the clutch. Same as a master cylinder for the brakes. He said he would call me back in a half hour, That was 3 weeks ago!!!. I had the car towed and Healy brothers fixed it. $684 out of pocket. They told me that they cover the master cylinder under the 3m,3k warranty. Also got same response from Exclusive motorsports, It would be covered. So this leaves a bad taste in my mouth.Jon could have had a customer for life, but blew it over a few hundred dollars. The sale was great, the service afterwards was not.

Jon will talk to you like you are a friend, and then lie directly to your face. He will temporarily rig cars so they function well on the test drives, but they will need thousands of dollars worth of repair within two weeks after you drive your car home. Please, please save yourself a huge amount of stress and DO NOT EVEN THINK about buying a car from this place. This mans lies have broken my bank account and caused me months of worry. I come from a very hardworking family. My father built his business from the ground up, works hard every day of his life, genuinely cares about his clients, and has been extremely successful. He has proven to me that there are ways to make a great living without lying, stealing, and cheating like Jon from Auto Trade Corp. All I can say is that I hope people like Jon have a chance to reflect later in life and realize how many people they hurt.

I recently bought a 2010 Impala from Jon at Auto Trade Corp. on Middletown Rd. in Nanuet, NY. I had been shopping around on the internet for about a month and noticed that all of the people who dealt with Jon at Auto Trade had only good things to say about their experience so I began to focus on their inventory. I found my Impala immediately and now , one month later, I am still very happy with this car. The price was more than fair, and the car was exactly what I was looking for. I researched the car fax and everything Jon told me about the car was true. He was fair and honest with me. That helps because buying a car is not an easy thing to do. I can see why other peoples reviews were so good. I have since gone back to visit and to keep in touch, and would absolutely go back to do business with them again.

What more can I say? Jon is a "one in a million" rare catch in a used car dealer. Honest, Friendly, and the prices are MUCH better then getting a used car from a "brand name dealer." The service was MUCH BETTER then a regular dealer - personalized and they made the buying process easy. Best of all, I dont have the best credit, and Jon was able to get me financed, while Bill Kolb Suburu practically just forgot about me. If you are looking for a reliable used car in that is CLEAN and IN GREAT SHAPE, visit Jon at Autotrade.
