The kaysville Walgreens pharmacy staff is absolutely awful! I needed my prescription filled on a Sunday, they close at 5 and I rushed in and got in line ten minutes before they closed. The staff member took their sweet time checking out the person ahead of me in line and and by the time he called me up it was one minute past 5. I handed him my prescription, which is really easy to fill by the way its a prepackaged birth control, he looked at it and told me they were closed. He wouldnt fill it for me. I told him that I was in line before they closed and he just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry we wont do it. Its not that they couldnt do it, its that they wouldnt do it. And I understand that I went in last minute right before they closed, and I hate doing that, but the only reason I did was because I knew it would only take them a couple minutes to fill it. If it had been a different prescription that was harder to fill I wouldnt have gone in. Mind you, I used to work at a pharmacy so I know how it all works. I ended up having to go all the way to their 24 hour pharmacy in Layton. I was pretty upset to say the least. Nobody should ever use this pharmacy, you could go anywhere else and get better customer service.

I always read these reviews for businesses but have never needed to leave one until now. This Kaysville Walgreens Pharmacy department is BAD. Really, you wouldnt think filling a prescription would be that hard or troublesome but this location makes it! Save yourself hassle and believe me and the others on here and go elsewhere! Their team really does seem bent out of shape to help you. Ive had multiple team members tell me random lies to end the conversation. They seem to do this so they dont have to do more work by looking into something and helping me further. Their call wait times are ridiculous and when they answer they seem rushed, like they dont care about customer service and cant wait to get off the phone.

This is ,without a doubt, the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Extremely disorganized and in a word "Lazy"! They fail to notify you when your prescriptions are ready or they will tell you your prescription are ready but when you arrive to pick them up they tell you "Whoops, we cant fill the until tomorrow"! When you arrive the next day its "Whoops, we cant fill them until tomorrow"! If there is an issue with your prescription they will not contact the doctor and may fail to notify you and leave you hanging in Limbo. My wife and I have been dealing with Walgreens in Wyoming, Utah, Pennsylvania for many years and have never once experienced any issues until we started using this Kaysville store.

The pharmacists have twice told me they cannot help me when it comes to dealing with a milk allergy and obtaining meds free of milk. The pharmacy technicians are unfriendly and seem to be put out when they have a customer. I will be changing pharmacies and going to one 15 minutes from my home instead of this one which is 2 minutes away.

Would give zero stars if I could, but I had to mark something to post a review. Terrible customer service, like all Walgreens pharmacies. Endless holds on the telephone, long waits in line, rude staff, nothing good about this place. They act bent out-of-shape that they have to deal with their customers. Atrocious.

I dont come here often, but I needed photos and Amber was so wonderful to work with. Especially with me not feeling well, she was quick and kind to help me get my photos. Long story short, if you need photos/copies, Amber is someone so awesome to help out.

My family has used this store for 4 years now. They have my prescriptions ready ahead of schedule and I get a phone call to notify me. They have been friendly even when it is extra busy. We will keep using them!

The kaysville Walgreens is super convenient! They fill prescriptions fast. They have a drive-up window for added convenience. They also have a lot of other items like milk, toys, and other useful good.
