Ive been coming to this location for the last 4 years and have seen a lot of employees come and go. I like the attentiveness and actual service that the more mature employees give to us customers. The younger ones are still learning to think about someone other than themselves and tend to be more impatient when called away from a project. I can see its a hard time for convenience stores when everything they sell could be bought online cheaper; which affects how many employees can be working at any given time (not a lot). But they do well with what they have. Their pharmacy system is always overwhelmed and again, mature techs can be better than younger ones, but there are some exceptions to this. Their Rx manager is awesome, can do multiple things at once and keep it all running smoothly. Certain employees just work together better, in the pharmacy or the store, and its hit or miss if theyll be on shift together when you come in. Youll find your favorites too and if youre trusted, theyll tell you when theyll be working so you can request them by name the next time you come in. As for the personal info they need to join their club? Name and zip code, nothing else is required. Great place to shop and just chill after a long day.

This Walgreens has been consistently WORST pharmacy Ive ever encountered. I never had anything less than a 40 minute wait, even when I called ahead. The staff was rude, particularly the the pharmacist in charge. I toughed it out there until the day my daughter (who was standing there with me, feeling very sick) had a serious infection and there was an issue with her insurance card. Without even calling the insurance company, he told me I had to pay him the full (astronomical) price of the meds (which I did not have on hand) or come back Monday...and that was a Friday! My daughter would have been in ER or worse long before Monday! A five minute phone call to insurance fixed the problem, but he only called because I insisted. What kind of pharmacist tells someone to come back for *antibiotics* in 3 days?!? I almost pulled my business from Walgreens altogether, but the one just up the street on 2090 East is 100% better. Guys, its well worth the short drive. They are competent, very nice, and Ive never waited more than 15 minutes for the same prescriptions that I waited continually for over an hour at the other Walgreens. The company needs to investigate whats up at 700 East, its a liability to have a pharmacy run that badly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS WALGREENS Pharmacy! They are awful- they never have the prescription ready, they always make you wait. They do not acknowledge you, instead they ignore you until they are ready to take care of you. THEY ARE THE WORST EVER! The manager is just as bad as the pharmacy techs. This store needs a do over with the pharmacy staff! We are looking for another pharmacy today! I cant deal with them any more. If you want to wait forever in the drive through, if you want to be ignored, if you drive all the way there just to hear them say we dont have the prescription ready yet come back in 15 mins. (after you called it in the day before) then this pharmacy is for you!

Terrible! I Called to see if my Rx was ready, sat on hold for 20+ minutes no one answered... Went to this location of course it was not ready... I attempted to purchase a few items on the way out and was told they would not honor their sale prices unless I gave them my personal Information! Im transferring my Rx elsewhere and will not be back! Walgreens has lost my business permanently.

Pharmacy is absolutely awful. As long as u Never have a problem I guess ur ok (unless you have to pay cash, because they are a higher cash price than any pharmacy in the valley and never do any price match) they are uncooperative and highly unprofessional. They definitely dont even act as if they care about you or your familys well being. NOT at the corner of happy and healthy!!!!

This is a great store with even better pharmacy! The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable! Ive never had to wait and the employees work very hard. I love this store! If you want to complain about a pharmacy and staff, as Ive read some bad reviews from some nasty people, then they should go to the CVS south of the store so they really have something to complain about.

I am currently looking for a new pharmacy because the service here is SOOO BAD. I actually told, by a pharmacy tech behind the counter, "Go find someplace else, we dont care". Long lines, poor service, never an apology. Weve even had trouble with the credit card machines not accepting a perfectly good debit card. Poor management in the pharmacy = customers walking out the door.

These folks were wonderful!! Just in town for the weekend of shopping and stopped in to get flu shots. The clerk was fast and efficient in finding our records and even reminded me that my insurance would cover the cost! The pharmacist was very professional. We walked out in 20 min. with two shots and didnt pay a dime!

I have had so many bad experiences here. They take FOREVER to fill a prescription. The Pharmacy staff is far from friendly and take their sweet time. Could use some improvements for sure. Actual store staff is always nice and helpful.

Unhealthful. More interested in herding people than customer service or healthcare. I understand doctors dont make it easy for them, but communicate that and tell me youre doing everything you can instead of moving me to the side.

Horrible pharmacy customer service ever. I have been to many Rxs and this by far is the worst. The pharmacist was really rude and seemed put out by having to work. They never pick up the phone and just dont see to care!

The photo department employees seem to not want to help. They act completely put out that they have to leave whatever they are doing as they are never actually in the photo department.
