my first visit to CVS was for a quick cashback of $4 in quarters and so i bought an item and the employee helped me get change with no complications which was most helpful and great service from him. However, my second visit was the same purpose to acquire change in quarters and i had already bought an item and asked for change politely as i always am. Then, a female manager was assisting an employee that day, so the employee agreed to make the transaction, but the female manager declined and made me choose an action that was to withdrawal $10 and get certain, minimal amount in change in return. I was in a bit of a rush and accidentally pressed no cashback for my card as i payed. The payment was processed, and I waited to see if it was exceptional that i made the mistake and if we can process it again or allow me to swipe the card again to recieve cashback, but the manager responded and refused to do so and told me that i had to buy another item in order to receive change. I was confused because this service was unnecessarily complex compared to my first visit which was fast and simple. I quietly backed away because i didnt want to purchase another item for I was on a budget and I had bought the first item to recieve change in the first place. However, i said, "no, thank you" to the employee when she asked me for the receipt and I gave a questionable look at the manager to seem if I can at least receive change still and there was no response, and so i walked away without saying a word but feeling disapointed for my whole purpose to receive quick change at CVS was unsuccesful without the help of the employee or manager, then the female manager laughed at me. I looked back at her to see why she was laughing and the employee clearly wasnt talking to her or making her laugh in anyway, no one was talking to the female manager. As I glanced at her, she laughed at my face again. This particular female manager was unhelpful and unfriendly. She didnt complete a small, simple service request from me. The employee was nice, but it seemed like her first day at work. However, the female manager was rude and didnt fulfill my service needs.

I used to love this place, but what happened today makes me so disappointed. I went to pick up my medicine, and the pharmacy staff are nice and helpful as usual. Then I went to check out the hair products. It says there is a $10 coupon with $30 and more purchase. I didnt know how the coupon can be used so I took one shampoo and one conditioner to the cashier. I was going to buy them if the coupon works the way I thought. However, the cashier was not helpful at all and was so rude. She said she doesnt know the expiration date of the coupon until its printed and she made no effort to help me check it out. I decided not to buy the hair products and asked her to check out other things. Before I can put the hair products down on the counter, she took them away suddenly and roughly, almost right from my hands, and put them away. I can see that she has an attitude, but I dont know what I did to deserve that. I was never impolite to her, even when she did not answer my questions. I confronted her and asked her why she was so rude. She couldnt answer my question. I finally checked out on my own and called the manager. I just wanted to let him know what happened so that the customer service can be improved. However, the attitude of the manager disappointed me again. He didnt really listen. After hearing what happened, he didnt even ask me the name of the cashier or any details. He just said, "oh, I will fire her." I said that that was not my intention, and he said he was just saying that to make me happy. Well, I dont need that. I thought that the purpose of customer review is to help them improve, but apparently he didnt like to hear any complaints.

Called in prescription that I needed filled within a 4-day time frame, max. I called every day to see if it was done, and it wasnt. Finally walked in and asked what was going on, and they said they had no idea they were supposed to fill it. I asked them to forward to Broadway and McClintock location. Pharm tech I spoke to said she would do it immediately. That was yesterday. Just got a call from them asking, "I see a note in your file about birth control and Broadway and McClintock location, can you identify what that means?" Thankfully this was just for birth control, and not a life-saving prescription!

Omg worst place ever!!!!!! Well the store was fine but ...... the manager MATT was the worst person Ive ever seen or talked to in my LIFE !!!!! The tide soap was priced wrong, He didnt wanna fix the problem at all . We was waiting for him for 22 minutes to come down and say well thats not the price, and he gave us a bad attitude and NOT professional AT ALL , its to much to type Right now but WOW hes the worst, please fix the problem.

A CVS customer that after less than 13 minutes was towed from their parking lot. The manager on duty was no help and only offered that the store manager would be in the following morning. I have never had an experience this bad at a store. I will NEVER recommend going here. Dont waste your time or money. Youll only be robbed via your car being towed and forced to pay hundreds of dollars to get it out.

Not the worlds most amazing pharmacy but they get my meds in on time, and theyre quick when you get up there. They tend to be busier with car side patients than in store but they get lines on both all day. Ive never waited longer than 20 minutes here for prescriptions that were sent in the hour before. You might have to wait a bit but that sounds like most pharmacies to me.

This pharmacy used to be great for many years. Now the staff is all new and extremely lazy, rude, and unapologetic. The new pharmacist is absolutely horrible, its the same thing every time. They all need to be fired, clear house and start again. What happened to the friendly fast efficient informed staff that used to work here? Been using them for 6 years and never again.

Everything to be expected from a CVS expect their pharmacy seems understaffed and really slow, resulting in really long waits. I put in a script and never got a follow up call notifying me that it was ready. Im assuming they are the go-to for many college students in the area, so you may want to take your scripts to a different pharmacy to avoid the hassle.

This desolate, wall-to-wall carpeted "pharmacy" is a sorry excuse for a store on the clean and vibrant Mill Avenue. Every time I have needed something, it has not been available. The alternative is consistently astronomical in price. The checkout lines are always long and it feels like Im purchasing products that I no-less fished from some rummage bin.

Pretty average drug store. They have all of the necessities and a little bit more. I got a flu shot here, start to finish it took about 20 minutes, and I was a new pharmacy customer. Its over priced, but thats the cost of the convenience. Overnight the line can be either non existent or take 30 minutes, total crapshoot.
