They usually have the best prescription prices around. However, they often delay your prescriptions hoping that you will shop around. A 15 minute estimate turns into 30 minutes and sometimes it turns into 45+ minutes. Also, remember that theyre extremely busy so their quality drops (prescription mistakes) and its harder to get a pharmacist to talk to for advice. Remember that you do not need a costco membership to use the pharmacy. Just tell the entrance greeter that you are going to use the pharmacy. If you dont have insurance and want to join the prescription program you do need to be a member, however.

Amazing! We have a Costco Membership... But I was Very impressed to learn that one isnt required to utilize the pharmacy and their incredibly LOW PRICE!!! One of my husbands Prescriptions is 45.00 with his Insurance at a competing Box Store pharmacy... At Costco, With OR Without Insurance we found it is only 22.00!! Bless you Costco for helping those who may not be as fortunate obtain their necessary medications at a much lower cost!

2 stars for convenience of location. -3 stars for; unbelievably slow service, 1 out of 5 e-prescriptions filled or even recieved, and that they wont take the time to give advice but will sit chatting keeping you waiting for 10 minutes. I will only remain going here because of the membership return. And that I shop there already. Dont go out of your way to use this pharmacy.

I love Costco everything and their pharmacy has the best prices on human and pet meds. But this Murray location was so rude, to my vet when they called in the scrip, and me when I called hours later to confirm they received it. It left me a bit frazzled, because everyone is usually so nice no matter what Costco you go to. Anyhow, Im not using this locations Pharmacy.

10 Stars, if I could. I love the Staff here. Huge shout out to the Pharmacy Staff. We have many Rxs and they are complicated with our Insurance billing and Coupons. I expect them to run screaming when they see me in line, but I have always been greeted with smiles and kindness. Hard job, executed perfectly.

Understaffed. Run out of prescription meds and dont let you know before you go to pick your prescriptions up. Closed Sundays. Prices are good. Lines generally 10-20 minutes with called-in-ahead prescription unless they dont have an order ready then plan on up to 45

Lost 2 out 3 medications which I still am not sure how thats done. Then had to wait over an hour to get them re supplied. Said they would call my name when done but that was not done and had to stand in a crazy long line. West valley Costco is far better.

They have awesome prices on drugs, but the wait is always very long no matter what time you go. Last time I was there, they said it would be a 50 minute wait, but it ended up taking almost 90.

For the love of god, please hire more people. 9 times out of ten there is a huge line because only one or two people are working the counter.
