I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for about 4 years. Never had a problem untill the last 6 months or so. Absolutely terrible now. Not sure what has changed. But I get my prescriptions shipped to me because I am about 40 min. Away. And after my prescriptions didnt show up 2 times I called and said I would drive up there to get them filled and both times they tell me oh they were shipped today. So I end up waiting for them to fill some to get me by. And on one occasion they lost my prescription and said it must have gotten put back. So I wait 45 min. That time. On a separate occasion my prescriptions never showed up and they said they were shipped charged my card for the shipping so I figured there was a problem with the mail. So I reordered my medication make the 40 min. drive up there and was told they have been ready for pick up over week. What is going on with this place. Never again I will be finding somewhere else to get my medication filled.

I waited on hold for 47 minutes... meanwhile in the process my husband drove me over. They had me write my name on a little sticker and I sat down. The next person came in and they said well be with you in a minute sir. It was clearly a woman and it clearly bothered her. Seriously people, this is your best???
