My personal experience with Tibbetts has always been a positive one. They went way out of their way to find medication I needed that was on backorder and was very difficult to track down. The hep c treatments made everything difficult for me to do. I remembered seeing that Tibbetts had opened a pharmacy right next door to my primary care physician at Layton Family Medical and as my last resort I had my friend call them. The best decision I have ever made. I cant tell you how much I appreciate them. For example, I dont have a car so I usually call in my scripts and have a friend pick up for me. Well with traffic and weather sometimes slows things down. Ill be damned if the pharmacist didnt close up and waited outside in his car with my meds and wait for my friend. My friend thanked him and said how can I pay you? The pharmacist ran me a tab until I came in. Best customer service ever. They even have wonderful little gifts, cards, candy and a play area for the little ones. I highly recommend Tibbetts. I will never go to another pharmacy ever. 5 star, only because thats as high as they go! Thank you.

Favorite pharmacy I have ever used! I will never use a chain pharmacy again. They go out of their way to help, even if that means calling competing pharmacies and referring you there in order to help you get the meds you need.
