Two years ago, i purchased a 2008 Ford Escape. The salesman was excellent... easy to get along with, etc. He walked me to the vehicle after all the paperwork was complete. I opened the driver door and was about to get in, start it and leave. But, i noticed something about both front seats (the drivers seat was the worse)... it looked like the foam under the seats "shifted out of place". I pointed this out to the salesman. He agreed and said the problem will be checked out when i come for my first oil change which would be at 1000 miles... about a month. When i came for the first oil change i told them about the problem. Someone from another department take a look at it and said to bring it in in about a week. I did. I waited for it to be repaired. They said the job was complete, gave me the keys and i was going to leave, BUT, i noticed both seats looked EXACTLY like they did BEFORE i brought it in! I told this to a girl there. She called the head of the department. He came take a look and said both seat covers would have to be changed, and they would call me when they come in. About a month when they came in, they called me and set up an appointment. A week later i brought it over there. They gave me a rental to use for a couple of days. When i went to pick it up i looked at the seats... SAME PROBLEM still existed! UNBELIEVABLE! They tell me that because it is a NEW seat, to give it a few weeks and it should "form" and correct itself (ya... right, lol). A couple of months later, it did not "correct itself", so when i brought it in for another oil change i talked directly to someone in charge of all the departments. They told me that was all they could do. I went home and called the Ford Company. I explained entire situation from the day i purchased it. THEY TELL ME THAT BECAUSE OF THE TIME I HAVE BEEN USING IT IT IS CONSIDERED "WEAR AND TEAR". THE END! I wend to Terrebonne Ford told them what the Ford Company said. Instead of calling them and trying to back me up, they stabbed me in the back and agreed with what the Ford Company said! I swore from that date NEVER, NEVER EVER to purchase a Ford vehicle and never to deal with any dealer using the "TERREBONNE" name! Soooooo... YALL CAN BOTH GO TO HELL... TERREBONNE FORD AND THE FORD COMPANY! Now, the good news... tonight, i am trading it in for a 2010 (or possibly a 2011) Chevrolet Equinox from "Best Chevrolet" in Kenner, La.! Excellent people to deal with!

BUYER BEWARE.....Terrebonne Ford of Houma does dirty dirty business. I bought my 2011 Expedition there brand new. The tires looked worn from day one. We brought it there several times and asked them to please look at them. We were told over and over that the tires were brand new when put on the vehicle. In 3 years time, it only has 22,000 miles on it. I drive it in town primarily. It has been on the interstate a handful of times. We rotate the tires and get alignments faithfully. Two of the tires are now balding and the tread on the other two are very low. My husband finally took it once more, and we were told that indeed the tires had been switched out from another vehicle!!! Now the story has changed to it was only one tire. They are offering us the same exact deal that I would get if I used the warranty Goodyear has. A warranty that would only need to be used if I had done something to cause this kind of situation. $400 for 4 new tires. I dont feel that I should have to pay anything because I didnt have new tires to begin with. So today I call the supervisor, Anthony Palmazanno, and tried to explain to him what I expected to be done. I told him that I did contact my attorney. He was EXTREMELY rude and was talking over me in a "FIRST OF ALL....blah blah blah" type way. I interrupted and he told me that he had nothing more to say and if I wanted to talk that I could contact him through my attorney. I told him that I would be posting here and his reply was "Oh, so you are threatening me now?". Facebook is a public forum, Mr. Palmazanno. You really should consider treating Ford customers better. This is not over. I plan to take this as high as I can but if you have had similar issues with Ford, it may not be just you. There may be tons of us that have been lied to.

VERY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had brought my car over there,my car is 2013 so its still have warranty on it,the head light it shut off on it self Sunday night. So on monday morning i went over there and they said they have to diagnose what the problem is.I had told them needed the car for work so if the car needs to stay i needs a rental car.theyd say they will give a rental car after the diagnose but instead of feeling better to put my car over there they left without call on the first day my car had stayed over.the next day theyd call and said were very full at service and we cant diagnose your car till the next week.So Im thinking theyd will rent me a car since i had to wait that long but NOT !!!!!! THEY SAID WE CANNOT GIVE YOU A RENTAL CAR UNTIL WE DIAGNOSE YOUR CAR!!!!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE ITS THAT ???!!!!!!! I TOOK MY CAR RIGHT THE WAY AFTER THAT !!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

They found something else wrong with my care that I didnt bring it in for. I was happy about that especially because they said its wasnt safe to drive and it was covered my my LDS. But my door handler was broken and unfortunately I had to pay for that because they couldnt get LDS to pay for it. The first time I went to open my door (at the dealership), the door handle came off the door. Brandon opened it gently a few times and it didnt do it for him. It doesnt always come apart when I open the door, but sometimes it does. Sometimes it stays out and my door wont close. I was leaving to go out of town the day I picked up my car. So I had to take it. I will be bringing it back on Monday

Im very happy with everything Ms. Ava Moore did for me....she helped me find the perfect truck that I always wanted ....she was very nice and friendly... I guess you can say more like a big family reunion.. with no drama ..I would definitely go see her again and have people I know ask for her.. she worked really hard to get me in my f150 Harley Davidson truck and I really really appreciate that,, and the Ford manager worked hard on me getting my loan I needed .. so I thank him also ..cause I didnt think I was getting this truck ...but Ms. Moore and the Ford manager proved me wrong... I got what I wanted. So thank yall so so much this means the world to me.
