Take my car to big a talk to dan and tony about a check engine light activating code p0171 lean bank 1 so they tell me they wanna do all this suspenion work on top of fixing my "vacuum leak" pay them 700$ drive a block light comes back on reading same code p0171 all they do at this point is reset the light light comes on again same code take it again they find yet another "vaccuum leak" (you can only have so many ) then i talked to them extremely pissed off they agree to look at it again. They call me after 8 hrs telling me my issue my intake manifolds and gaskets(even tho intake had no signs of having a bad gasket ( no leaking coolant no coolant smell) again drive 30 miles light comes back on at this point payed them around 1300$ still dont run last night take it back they wanna put a computer in it so they take all day to install a computer when they finally do they cant even get the car to start !! Extremly bad service uneducated people working on your vehicles. And they will fix everything but the issue your having. I took my car there 6 different times for the same issue payed over a grand and its still not fixed. Terrible company i advise to stay clear i wouldnt let them change my oil they will prolly forget the filter to be honest.

I had a great experience recently. Our car had a squeal coming from the alternator and I was quoted around 600 from one shop and 450ish from another for full replacement. The guys at Big A were very helpful and explained that it could just be the decoupler bearing. Sure enough it was, and it was a replaceable part. My total ending up being about half the price as a new alternator. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was operating correctly.

Been my only service place since day one oil changes buy 5 one free awesome when you have three vehicles. Batteries, tires,brakes, repairs, loaner cars vehicle drop complete satisfaction know when I drop my vehicle off for anything will be done with the most professionalism. When my daughter takes her car there she will not be taken advantage of and know she will be safe when she leaves driving down the road highly recommend wont be disappointed
