Took our RV to Travers Autoplex & RV for extensive repairs. Cannot say enough good things about their service. Jeff Johnson (RV Service Advisor) took the lead as our account manager, making sure all work was completed and that every detail met our expectations. Brandi Friedmann (RV Automotive Parts Consultant) handled our billing questions and communication with the service technicians. Francisco Cubas (RV Service Technician) quickly assessed and repaired all trouble spots—coming up with creative ways to make cosmetic repairs blend in with the vehicle. Even those persons we did not spend a lot of time with (e.g., Anthony, Donna, and Graeme) made sure our questions and concerns were communicated to the right person. In addition to performing their services efficiently and competently, the folks at Travers are personal, thoughtful, and sensitive. Everyone gives as much attention and concern to the RV owners as to the RV—insisting on the owner’s personal comfort and convenience. Travers RV is a role model for awesome customer service and superior RV repair! Their goal is clearly that of minimizing stress for the RV owner and getting that RVer back out on the RV adventure!

This place is great! I cant say enough good things about Travers Autoplex. I spoke with Sean a few months ago when going through a bankruptcy and he was great explained to me all of my options. Even after talking to him I still went ahead and tried Jim Butler fresh out of Bankruptcy because I knew someone who worked there. That was a mistake I should have called Sean in the first place. Very no pressure atmosphere. Didnt try to upsell me on a bunch of crap I didnt need just simply gave me the options. Brian the finance guy was great to. He was able to get me a loan for my vehicle purchase. Also you want to talk about personal service. I never drove a manual car before and the vehicle I purchased was a Mitsubishi Eclipse Gt and Sean was nice enough to stay after hours and teach me how to drive this car. Now im an expert!

Car shopping is one of my least favorite things to do with a Saturday but Sean really made our experience enjoyable! He went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied with our choice. We live about 80 miles away and called on a specific vehicle. That one ended up being at another location but they brought it to the Eureka location right away but by the time it got there we had fallen for a different van and were nearly done with the whole buying process. Sean made the whole process quick and simple. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. They kept offering us their lunch! Sean was great through the whole process and we left feeling like long time friends!! Well definitely be sending friends and family their way!

On June 28 I had a tire that failed and I was out-of-town needing help. I called Travers RV and Joe (Service Manager) told me to bring it on in. Not knowing Travers had two locations, I went to the wrong site and, just by chance, ran into Tim McNolty who works with Joe. He said I was at the wrong place but would personally take me to see Joe. He made sure I had room to turn around and led me to Joe. During this time, Tim made me feel I was his top priority and it was his personal responsibility to get me to Joe. Now thats great customer service. Thanks to Tim, Joe and the entire staff at Travers RV who helped me get back on the road.

We first brought our rv, which needed repairs, to Travers. As it turned out, the damage to our camper was so extensive that continuing in our trip wasnt a possibility. Hal, the manager, encouraged us to look at what they had to offer, and we reluctantly agreed to do so. We are so glad we did as we found an awesome travel trailer, and they offered a deal we couldnt refuse. All of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Brandy who went the extra mile and shipped items we left in our old camper home to us. Thank you!

I searched for a long time for what I wanted and kept coming up empty handed on what I was looking for, I happen to be very picky! I came to Travers and it took one day for Chance ( sales Rep) To locate exactly what I was looking for! Having it shipped to them on the very next day!!! Also very important to me was the fact that he was not PUSHY and very patient with my detailed requests for my perfect car at the perfect at the perfect price! If I could give Travers Autoplex in Eureka Missouri a minus they would get minus 5 stars. The salesman lies and they play bait and switch with the contracts. The salesman told us that if we co-sign our name would come off in 6 months. I know that is not true and banks dont do that. Then they told us the interest rate would be 8% and when we looked at the final paperwork (before we signed) it said 21%. Needless to say we didnt go for it. I will never go back there again.

A little while back I was shopping for a new truck and found what I was looking for at Travers in Eureka. They had a several to choose from and I was able to find the truck with all of the features I was looking for. Jeff was my salesman and he really went above and beyond to work with me and make sure I got the deal I was looking for. Bad experience, sales and credit department took advantage of my elderly husband who is sometimes confused as a result of uncontrolled diabeties and when we tried to return the vehicle within hours of the contract they refused. They are only interested in the sale, however it can be made.

Good people willing to help. Bought a camper trailer, staff installed what I needed and post sale follow-ups were good even though staff has changed. I do recommend highly. Dont waste time at snobs across town. This place is much better.
