I just had the most wonderful car buying experience ever! My husband and I recently purchased an Escalade ESV from Steve Hall at this Enterprise location. I loved the no haggle pricing and how everyone at this location went the extra mile to make sure this was a pleasant experience! Steve was very helpful in locating the car as I had some specific features that I was looking for. The car was located in Memphis so I had it shipped here and Steve kept me posted on the progress at all times. Any questions or issues that I had were addressed promptly. The car is beautiful and in perfect condition – really appreciate the detail they put into making it look gorgeous! Honestly such a great experience. Next time we need a new vehicle we are definitely going back to them!

I learned about enterprise auto from a friend of mine a few years ago. I have rented from them for years because of work and because of a my friend I decided to check them out to purchaee. I rented a car from them on April 31st and within a day I ended up buying from them the same day. The sales were absolutely no pressure, and Steve hall from the Manchester location is the one I would recommend. He detailed my new car himself, He took the time to figure out if my new Nissan note war right for me and was truly a joy to work with. I am a store manager and people like Steve are so hard to come by. It was quick and easy and I love my new car! Thank you Steve!

I cannot say enough about Bryan Brown and my experience at this store. My mother needed a car and had some very specific needs. Bryan took the time to listen and suggested a car that would most closely meet her needs. He didnt pressure towards a particular model. This store had a model, but not in the color my Mom wanted. He found an identically priced car at a nearby store. They had it driven over to their lot within 45 minutes. My Mom loved this car! Bryan personally detailed the car while we were signing paperwork. The entire team was a pleasure as well. If you need a fairly priced used vehicle, this is the place to go!

I went to Enterprise after a terrible experience at Weber Chevrolet, I had a VERY specific car in mind, and VERY specific budget requirements. After working with Patrick and test driving the car I loved it, but the interest rate, and what they offered for my trade in was not exactly what I was looking for, however while we were discussing Patrick and Mike worked together and got us a LOWER interest rate than what we were looking for and we signed on the spot. I absolutely love my new car and I enjoyed the service and attention we were given at Enterprise, I will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pre-owned car.

I had a great experience working with Dan and Rick on purchasing my SUV. They made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I received phone calls on serval occasions to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that the truck was running up to my standards. I would recommend all of my friends to give them a call when they are ready to purchase a vehicle. I had no problems at all working with them. They were very friendly and professional with me. I love my SUV. I will be back when I am ready to change cars again.

It was a low pressure experience. Steven did a great job in helping with our new truck. They even noticed scratches on the roof of the truck which I hadnt seen and had them repaired right away. Wish they would have checked out the voice command on the truck not working now I have to take it to a dealer to repair. No service from enterprise. Thats the only draw back in dealing with them . overall a good experience. Would go back I would just check everything.

I was involved in a hit a run and was without a car for months. I did a tons of research and eventually went with enterprise. Best decision I made. The staff was amazing from the first foot in the door to the keys I was handed 2 hours later. It was painless and exciting and I highly recommend enterprise car sales to anyone..... especially the location at 13750 Manchester Rd Ballwin, Mo 63011. I am mostly satisfied, but did not get the cruise control I wanted because of a mistaken belief of the salesperson and my wife who made the test drive. After I made the purchase I could have returned the car for another one, but would have had to pay for cleaning the returned car ($200) and a $199 administrative fee for the purchase of the replacement vehicle. Dents on the roof noticed after the purchase were removed at no charge.

This was my first car buying experience and it went amazingly well. The car I wanted was on a different lot several miles away and they had the car brought to Manchester that evening so I could test drive it. Dan was my salesman and he listened (and wrote down) exactly what I wanted and made sure that the experience went flawlessly and it sure did! Wonderful. Brian at Enterprise was soooo understanding and found just the right car according to my exact specifications. Amazing! He was very nice and did not try to pressure me when I had to squeeze him inbetween many obligations and made sure I got the car in one day as I was leaving town. He also had a baby within 24 hours of my buying the car so I think he was under pressure himself.

This is the best place to buy a vehicle! Friendly staff and very professional. I didnt have the best credit and they fought hard for me with financing my new vehicle! They look at all the options that will work best with your lifestyle and budget. I highly recommend going to this enterprise car sales!
