This was my first used vehicle purchase so I was apprehensive right off the bat and they are not your "Big mainstream" car dealership... worry #2. However, I could write a novel on how impressed I have been with Danny and Jason of "Driver Seat Auto Sales". Long story short, they came as a referral from a lender (if that doesnt speak for itself I dont know what would) from the first initial phone call with Jason, I was put at ease and didnt have the used car salesman feel. I spoke with Jason about pricing on a specific truck. He told me I would have to discuss the pricing with Danny. A few hours later I received a call from Danny while he was out of the state on business. Extremely professional. After a few texts back and fourth we came to a very reasonable agreement on my truck and within 2 days my wife and I were happily signing the paperwork. Now for the best part. There were a few issues with the truck after I pulled into my driveway. It was 9pm and I sent Danny a text message, I thought I was taking a shot in the dark, because we bought the truck "as is". Danny immediately called me and asked me to bring the truck back asap and knowing we lived an hour away, he offered to come and pick the truck up himself. The next morning we took the truck back. While it was in the shop, Danny noticed one other issue. He took care of EVERYTHING we found wrong with the truck and did not charge me a dime. He even gave me a loaner to drive while it was there. Even through my excitement of wanting my truck back in a hurry, Danny encouraged me to let him hang on to it for a few days to make sure it was right. Im not saying their cars are junk, Im saying they are used and you can never really tell whats going to happen with them. I certainly didnt expect the personal and profession treatment my wife and I received and for him to take the time to make sure we were satisfied was amazing. In parting, he told me to contact him if there were any other issues, so far its been perfect. I have 3 boys that will be driving within the next few year and I can tell you "Driver Seat Auto" will be our first and most likely our only stop. There is no way I can put into words my satisfaction with this dealership. I would have made all my vehicle purchases through them had I known about them sooner. Repeat customer guaranteed. Tony

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We have had nothing but problems with this dealer. We purchased a Car from them in late October and within the first 3 days we had problems with the car (it wouldnt start), when we called to see what they could do, they said they couldnt do anything, so we asked to get our check back and return the car when we were told that they "are not Walmart we dont have a return service" and then told us that they could buy it back from us but they wouldnt give us as much as we paid for it 3 days before! This is now 2 months later and we are still having problems with this car. I would absolutely never recommend going here! Edit: yes we did get very upset and rude with these people AFTER we had our car for 3 days and it was already having problems and we were told by the owner that it was our problem. So Im very curious to know what your referring to when you say you tried to help us in anyway you could? Because I recal getting a slap in the face from everyone we came in contact with. We are now onto month 3 and it has been in the shop for the past 4 and a half weeks. They sold us a car that they knew had problems. Thats the take away here, we have put an extra $2,000 into repairs since we bought this car, 3 months ago! And as someone who works for a financial institution and sends buyers to dealers all day long I will make sure to mention my situation and the horrendous customer service to any interested buyer I come in contact with, as well as inform my friends and family. looks like its gonna be a busy Friday!

I went in there on a very tight budget and small amount of time. To say my expectations were met is an understatement. They went above and beyond for me. They found me Great truck at a great price, had it detailed and looking brand new.. all within the timeframe that no other dealership could meet for me. At the end of the sale, I was given an envolope containing simple instructions on the next steps to getting it licensed and a nice card signed by the owners.. they even threw a couple lottery tickets in the card lol.. it definitely was not an experience Id received anywhere else. I would suggest going to see them if youre looking for a good vehicle with fair pricing and great customer service. I know Ill be going back!

Was just passing by and noticed a car on their lot that my daughter might like. My wife and I looked around and saw 2 cars she might be interested in. So after talking to Dan for a bit, we agreed that we would come back the next day with my daughter to see if interested. After working with Jason and taking a couple of test drives. Were walking out with a nice Ford Edge. The guys are easy to work with and give you the information you need to help with the purchase. We also got a great deal on financing through them and complimentary beverages while we waited. Highly recommend Driver Seat!

Today, we purchased our 3rd car from driver seat in the last 5 years! From the first time we walked in the door, Danny has bent over backwards to make sure each member of our family has been taken care of! Alot changes in 5 years time.. we currently live in kcmo.. but we will continue to make the 3 hr drive whenever were ready to trade in or buy new. In the car lot business finding a man of character and honesty does not come by often.. Ive learned that the had way lol.. I would absolutely recommend drivers seat to friends both there in St. Charles and here in Kansas City!

Great experience! We bought a used car and they went out of their way to make it a great expierence. Usually with used cars you worry that you might be making a bad choice but not Wight driver seat auto sales. These guys treat customers right. Also this is a family friendly place. Great play area for the kids and the restrooms were nice too. The only thing they could do better is give a free chipoltes burrito with every purchase. Ask for Jason, he will do an awesome job helping you out.
