Went in roughly three weeks ago and they found out what the problem with my car was but there tech guy was leaving soon so they told me theyd call me the following day.. a week and a half went by with no call so I decided to call them. Nobody answered the phone and I left a voicemail. 3 more days had went by so I decided to just go there and see what the problem was. I was informed that the guy who helped me was not in and that they were going to "make sure" that he called me the following day. It has now been another 3 days. Its going on 3 weeks from when I first came in. How can anyone run a business where they dont speak to your customers??!!
