I was refered to this shop from my catering company for my wedding. They were the "house" flower shop and I thought I wouldnt like them. Boy was I wrong!!!! The entire team sat with me and planned every floral detail of my wedding. When I wanted to change colors and flowers, an appointment was made. I wanted elevated flowers but couldnt afford it----they made it possible by showing my a topiary which had flowers on two levels for a in range price. They made a mock up of my flowers and at the last mintue got a chuppah and decorated it wonderfully. They drove three different places on the day of my weding to deliver flowers!!! Everyone still raves over my displays and arrangements....and the best thing is...they were REALLY affordable! I got 13 ceterpieces, 6 bridemaids boquetts, brial boquet, boutiners, family corsages, chuppah and more for under $3,000. I would rate this place a billion stars!!!!!!!! .

I had to order a basket arrangement for a friends wake on Tuesday. I was going to order something on line but since I have always been disappointed in the picture shown & what is actually delivered I was hesitant. Not wanting to be embarrassed I decided to stop in to the Little Flower Shop. The Gentleman that helped me was very nice & helpful. He assured me it would look very nice I wouldn’t be embarrassed. I must say the basket was beautiful & went way beyond my expectations!!! I wanted to say thank you very much for your help & the beautiful work. I’m fairly new to the area & will definitely be using you in the future when flowers are needed. Thank you again!!

John & the rest of the staff at The Little Flower Shop were so friendly, helpful, and really went the extra mile to make my wedding day special. They really carry out your vision, and offer many helpful suggestions- from mixing high and low centerpieces to the lay out to ways to save money. The flowers were my favorite part of the wedding and everyone kept talking about them. We also used them for my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner- absolutely love this place and will continue to use them for every event:)

Used to live in Lindenhurst and used the The Little Flower Shop when living there, but why stop now since I moved to Chicago? When sending flowers to my friends and family in Lindenhurst I still call the shop. The flowers are always fresh and the arrangments are beautiful. They are so helpful when I call and the recipients of my gift always tell me how wonderful the flowers are. I trust the Little Flower Shop to always get it right. I was married in November and John assisted me with my center pieces, bouquets and ceremony arch. He was patient and understanding as I explained to him exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. On the day of the wedding he arrived EARLY setting the room up and everything was gorgeous!! My husband and I could not have been more happy with our flowers and how beautiful our room looked. We received many compliments on the flowers from our family and guests too. Thank you John!

Ive been meaning to write this review for a few weeks. The flowers I purchased for a wake were beautiful. I ordered them over the phone and told them I would pick them up around 5pm (the store closed at 6pm). I ended up running behind and my cell phone died with no way for me to call them. I showed up at the store just after 6:15pm and they stayed open late because they "had a feeling I would be coming". Amazing customer service, great people, great flowers. Two thumbs up.

The Little Flower Shop made and delivered amazing centerpieces for my bridal shower. They looked absolutely stunning! The flowers were fresh, beautiful, and they matched the Tuscan theme perfectly. I moved ut of New York many years ago, and every time I need flowers in the Long Island area, I call the Little Flower Shop. Whomever I send flowers to are so happy and thrilled with what the flowers look like, that I would not consider ever using any other shop. I live in Minnesota. Still use Little Flower Shop. That is my testiment to a great shop.

Excellent customer service. They didnt have the specific flowers I had ordered online so they called as soon as they received the order and talked through options with me. Additionally, I received an email confirmation that the flowers had been delivered ahead of schedule. Very happy with their process and attention to customer needs.

They were incredibly helpful and the customer service was outstanding. I needed to send a gourmet gift basket for a dear friends funeral and they went the extra mile to ensure it arrived before 5:00pm when I only called the order in at 3:30pm. The flowers were beautiful and contents of the basket were totally gourmet. Thats service!

Nothing beats courtesy, true service and reliabilty! I thought it was because my mother-in-law worked there once. Now reading other reviews, I am glad to know the professionalism and expertise is for everyone!! Absolutely Amazing!! John is such a sweet, accommodating person to work with. The flowers for our wedding were insanely gorgeous and fresh - I got married in the beginning of July and I STILL have my bridesmaids flower in vases in my house! Will use John for any event I have going forward!!

Awful! My family and I used Little Flower Shop to send flowers to my Dads gravesite. We were told that they would send pictures after being delivered as we are all out of town. Needless to say, the flowers were never delivered and no pictures sent. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
