Stop in on a whim and I must say it was the most pleasant Christmas shopping experience I have ever had. The people working there were gracious, courteous, and friendly from the time I walked in until I was checking out with my merchandise. They women at the cash registers boxed my gifts with tissue paper and even placed the gift receipts in the boxes. Kudos to the fantastic crew at the paper store. I would give more stars if I could.

For a "gift store" very disappointing that all clearance merchandise is final! No exchanges even. Some good store personnel some horrible, locked doors 15 mins before closing and told customers about to close w backpack on ready to bolt...unacceptable for dying retail!
