I have been using Haywood appliance for over 14 years, All of my personal appliances were supplied by Haywood. I have an older model wolf gourmet stove that needed parts that are hard to find. the tech never gave up and was able to find them. Making things even more difficult we live at 4180 on top of a mountain, in the winter it is hard to get there with out 4wd drive every week I received a call to ask if the roads were better, they never gave up. In late Feb both our schedules and weather worked and the part was installed. Our company uses them as well for our homes we build. Customer service has always exceeded expectations. In the building industry if a supplier is slow to react to an issue you move on to the next, I can say I have always had great service and support for over 14 years.
