This is our second purchase with AMC!! We bought a great HE Washer and Dryer from AMC two years ago and it is fantastic. We purchased a new mattress along with the box springs this morning. After pricing mattress sets all over town as well on Amazon, we couldnt beat the price for what we got. The mattress is a locally made product and has all the features we were looking for without the sticker shock of a high end brand. Our trip was quick, service great, and we are looking forward to a long overdue good nights rest. Had we not had the option of AMC, there was no way we could afford a new mattress with the much needed features we needed. We both work long hours on our feet, so a comfortable and supportive bed is a must for us. Our old mattress was very old and we were not getting great sleep at all and our purchase with AMC today allows us to have what we need and what we could afford. We went with the financing option and it was quick, no credit check( no harm to our credit because no inquiry), and we left paying just $40 dollars and having it delivered same day. Awesome!! We are very happy to also support a local family run business!! The neighborhood is not Dublin, but supporting business who strive to change the environment is so important. Place is a joke. If you are going to be rude to paying customers and say we are eating lunch, come back in 15 minutes..maybe put up a closed sign instead..and change the price on a used part once customer shows up..on their lunch break. Sad..my father spoke to one friendly man named Wild Bill who was very helpful..but unfortunately he was not the one there at purchase... My dad was trying to help me out on getting a part to my washer quicker than waiting for shipping..and now I regret having him offer to help.. And walking into your store just to leave feeling insulted. I guess once a hole in the wall..always a hole in the wall. Just because you have had doors open for what I would assume is 28 yrs of bad customer service does not give you the right to be errogant and rude to customers. Never again will return or suggest to anyone..sad when all of the responses to the many complaints are repeats of how long they have been in business... You can repeat that 50 times a day and your service can still suck.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It’s a scam!! They brought me 2 broken refrigerators. Refused to refund me my money when I called to tell them the issue immediately so it was within the warranty. We agreed on $50 extra for a brand new fridge. 1 week after they delivered it, she texts me telling me I owe $150 immediately, that’s the best price she can do. They will not refund my money or the $90.00 in delivery fees to take the fridge back. Sherry the account lady texted me and called me threatening me that she will put this on my credit if I don’t pay the $150 she will report that I owe $300, she has threatened to have me arrested with several charges that are bogus!! They delivered a fridge and jacked up the price owed by $100 a week after it was delivered!!! She told me she will continue to harass and call every day. Since she was stupid enough to put all this in writing via text and voice mail. I have filed a complaint with better business burue, federal trade’s commission and the Columbus Police Dept.

I purchased a used KENMORE Freezer and two mattress sets from these guys. Mattresses suck and about four months later the freezer died. First thing they said when i called was "Sorry it is out of warranty" Offered to sell me another one new or used. I asked how long would was the warranty for a new Freezer (1 year). Fool me once shame on me....... I lost close to $200 worth of food due to the freezer dying in four months. I took my business to Lowes and got a 3 year warranty and half the price i paid these people for a used Freezer. They care nothing about the customers, all about the $$$. Excuses and Delays is what you get. I was trying to give a local independent Company some business. My advice look elsewhere. If you are buying any Appliance or Electronic item in todays world, you better get an Extended warranty.

I just got out of there with my wife and my kid who has asthma. An employee came to assist and my kid coughed but covered his mouth with his arm, the guy literally jumped back and snapped at my kid asking if he was sick, to what my wife replied he only had asthma, as he kept talking my kid cleared his throat and the guy jumped again and said if hes sick he shouldnt be out. I told him he wasnt sick, to what he sarcastically replied if hes not sick then hes a little sick. Then he disappeared and started cleaning everything like if my kid had some contagious disease. We left totally offended and with all our questions unanswered. Dont waste your time going to a place where you will be treated like crap.

Wonderful experience. I came here needing a stove and a dishwasher. The employees I met were all very friendly and helpful. The prices were much better than that of the bigger stores. Also, having shopped at ApplianceSmart previously, I would definitely pick here (better prices, friendlier staff and better lighting). I was able to buy a dishwasher and a stove for a price that was within my budget, but was able to get an amazing 5 burner stove, which is way better than any stove I could afford elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back here when I need appliances, and will recommend AMC to my friends.-- Cheryl

HELLO I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE SHOPPED AT THIS LOCATION FOR OVER SEVEN YEARS NOW AND THE SERVICE AS WELL AS THE PRICING IS UNBELIEVABLE GREAT !!!! WHEN EVER I HAD A PROBLEM THEY WERE THERE RIGHT AWAY TO FIX IT AND ALWAYS GAVE ME A GREAT PRICING ON THE THINGS I HAVE BOUGHT: SO FAR I HAVE GOTTEN A REFRIGERATOR, FREEZER, STOVE, WASHER AND DRYER AND LEAST YET A SIMPLE MICROWAVE...AM BACK NOW FOR A NEW SMALLER WASHER AND DRYER AND YET THEY HAVE DONE IT AGAIN AND MADE ME A HAPPY CUSTOMER.... I called and spoke to male subject, who then passed me off to a female subject. While on the phone with her, she just walks away and moments later another male subject picked up the phone and he stated, " sorry Pam had to walk away." So, apparently they really do not want my business. The last male subject asked if they can call me back, REALLY? after I was just passed off to three different subjects. So, I call again and go through the same thing again? So, apparently me asking three questions was too much.

I went to the store looking for a new Mattress and a dish washer and I was really disappointed . This store is located in a really really bad area I thought I was going to get shot in the parking lot. The sale people are really slimy trying to sell me something that I knew would break down right way. I looked at the mattresss till I found out that they take the old mattress in the same truck as they delivery the new ones in . Im sure they are spreading bedbugs throughout the city doing this .
