"BEWARE" The Female Owner Diana, is by far the rudest, nasty, prejudice owner Ive ever came across! I attempted to purchase a refrigerator with cash however they had other frigerators that cost more. The owner Diana convince me to sign up with financing. I was approved for over $1,200 she Italy tried to get me to find a refrigerator for that full price. Though I explained I did not want to spend that much money, had other obligations. She told me that they could take my frigerator away for $35 which was literally around the corner, then told me the Finance Company charged an extra $40. Well come to find out I contacted the company and they said, that they charge a fee separately, and not $40. The owner Diana lied about that, so I decided I did not want the particular refrigerator the next morning. This lady got upset at me because I explained to her I did not want the refrigerator maybe I could find something cheaper she told me I wasted her time, curse me out, then told me to "NEVER COME IN HER STORE AGAIN" also at the time that she contacted me I was at the hospital with my mother that was sick. I even explain this to this lady she was so Carefree so rude I have never been treated like that in my life! Do not spend your money at this place!! On top of that they still have my $75 and have not given it back, I even reported them to the BBB and they still have not given any of my money back, they have made no attempt to give any of it back... if you spend your money there you will regret it. Go to a more reputable company where you can be treated fairly and somewhere that believes that customers are always right.

Horrible place. Bought a refrigerator from here and once I plugged it up it smelled like mildew. The Manager (Danielle) tells me smells arent covered under the warranty. It must be something I spilled in it. Noooooo. Its obviously something moldy thats not visible. Then she sends a repair man, who tells me it doesnt smell that bad. How about it shouldnt smell at all!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. They also refuse to give the owners name and number to speak to. There are so many reputable appliance stores in the area, I wish I had read their horrors reviews before spending my money there. I also notice they have dryer sheets in their appliances to mask the smell. Ill be disassembling the refrigerator and posting pics of the inside. Stay tuned.

-1 star Very bad experience first they sent the wrong dryer a week after the expected delivery day then just drop this other one off didnt hook it up which I payed for the hook up .. so when I got it hooked up on my own expense that same night it didnt work they clam they would send a service person that never showed up after I took off work to be home at the specified time and is now saying they cant give me a refund . Of course the owner is now conveniently out of town.

I wish I could leave the stars blank! They deserve no stars. I ordered an ottoman in MARCH, along with a plethora of other appliances and furniture, and have yet to receive it. Ive called and every time, I am given the run around. The dryer I purchased from them broke in July. I had it four months. This store is plagued with lying ass sales people. Please dont waste your time or money.

Great store, I would definitely recommend visiting if you need a cheap appliance or two. Got a warranty with it but I didnt need it, the staff was pretty nice as well. Good product line, however be wary that most of it is used so dont expect posh unless you can afford it.

they are horrible with returning phone calls, it is a week since I paid for my appliances and they are giving me the run around about delivery. I will be getting my money back and dealing with a more reputable company with better products.

BEWARE!!!!! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVERY RECEIVED!!!! PURCHASE A STOVE AND I ASKED THE SALES YOUNG MEN IF THE GAS LINE WAS INCLUDED HE SAID YES!!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY DELIVERED IT WITHOUT THE GAS LINE!!!! WHAT A BUNCH MESS!

BEWARE!!!! They sold me a broken dryer. They lie to you telling u they work and lie and say u will have a warranty then they dont cover the repair. Then the manager is horrible on top of that! Go elsewhere or u will regret it..

They are a rip off they sell you bad appliances and only offer 90 day warranty, to get longer warranty you have to pay extra $100. The lady that runs this store is very mean and rude, customer service is terrible!!!
