I went to 2 other appliance stores which has a bad customer service..and i found Zella Appliances on the internet i saw they have 5 stars!! And i read their reviews and i decide to go their without thinking, when i went to Zella Appliance i found the customer service i am looking for with the cleanest and nicest appliances have ever seen ..they really the best..they taking care of the customer not the money!! I purchased a stainless steal Side by side refrigerator like new which it was for $480 and i offer $400 cash and pick up the refrigerator with me..and they said yes i can have it for that price..The guy loaded up in the truck for me and i took it home and plugged in the next day..its been couple days and its working perfect like I excepted..they gave me 6 months warranty with it.. i am really happy with my purchase Thank you Zella appliances for your perfect customer service..i will be back again for sure if needed anything!!

Successful and honest owned business! I was looking for a regular refrigerator for my basement and they have what i am looking 4 ..for $180 only and six months warranty!! very clean with no dents or scratches and complete refrigerator.. couple stores i went to before Zella they were charging me $50-$60 for delivery and taking the refrigerator to the basement..but Zella helped me a lot with the price they charged me $20 only!! For delivery and Basement So i payed $200 and i was happy with my purchase The guy delivers the fridge same day and he was really taking responsibility to not damage my stairs and my stuff that i have their Thank you for the lady who helped me with the price and thank you owner business!! I recommend this business Make sure you visit first if you ever need anything HAPPY CUSTOMER

I recently purchased a stove from Zella, and had it delivered to my home - the guy pulled it in, taking good care to not damage anything in the house (or the stove of course,) set it up in the kitchen, connected it all and made sure it was working properly without even being asked. So far, the stove has been working perfectly, and Ive been back several times to purchase parts and hoses for other appliances, and I would definitely buy again from them should I ever need to replace any other appliance. The pricing is a little higher, but Im happy to pay a little extra and support a local business!

I went in to the store after visiting several others and felt very comfortable the young lady was very nice and helped me match up my fridge and stove set. She also gave me an awesome price. I left the store and visited others to weigh my options and I ended up back at Zellas no less than an hour later. I purchased my appliances and was trying to schedule for a weekend day because I work a lot, the gentlemen helped me and worked with me to deliver and installl my appliances. I love Zellas Appliances will definitely recommend to anyone. They will be my appliance store from now on.❤️️❤️

I went to Zella Appliances for a washer and dryer for my new house. Could not have been more helpful! I spoke to Tom and he was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. Not in a way to make a deal, but just a genuine good person. They explained how to set them up simply and thoroughly. As for the product? Ive had the washer and dryer for just over a month, and they work very well! No complaints what so ever! From then on, this is where I recommend getting any appliances! Thanks you guys!(:

Wow, Ive read everyones reviewed. And each individual are absolutely correct... Tom is wonderful, so is May. My mom went their today. Purchased a stove, nice. Delivered same day. Hooked it up. WONDERFUL... HAPP, HAPPY, HAPPY (: (: U guys they are wonderful... They are the BEST.... NICE ATTITUDES, WOW, WOW... Makes.. A BIG DIFFERENCE... WONDERFUL.... I RECOMMEND, any one to shop here. I purchased a small, apartment sized fridge from Zella at a fantastic price. They are hard to find used but they had one and it was beautiful shape! It works great! They delivered it for only $20 - another amazing deal! I will always go to Zella first if I need to get an appliance and I will recommend them when it comes up.
