The same thing happened to us, as in the comment below. We bought a refrigerator from them and it stopped working within 2 weeks. Their website states every order comes with a 30 day warranty, which is a lie. They robbed us of $335. This company is also called Columbus Appliance Resale, just in case anyone runs by that name. They answer you when theyre trying to sell you their piece of crap appliances but once they have your money you will no longer hear from them. The owner (Lindsey) should not be allowed to sell anything. I will be reporting these liars to the BBB!! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! BEWARE because they sell things on Craigslist, Offerup and probably many others. Keep a look out

My husband bought a refrigerator from this place, it does not work right and has cost a lot of money in spoiled food. Every time we have called it goes straight to voicemail. Do not buy appliances here, theyre faulty and wont even answer their phone. We dont have the funds to run out and buy a new one so we are out 400 + dollars in the fridge and food!

Only giving one star because its not possible to give 0. Same as comments below. Bought a washer/dryer unit which was promised to be in good working order. Washer works but dryer never worked once. Multiple calls and texts to them with no response. Plan to report to the police.

Got some appliances delivered and microwave never had turntable in it. Said would brand-new one but never did. I have called for several months with no response. Will change rating once I hear from owner.
