We have saved a lot of money buying appliances from Nice Appliance for all our rental units. Our residents always seem quite satisfied as Nice Appliance always delivers clean working appliances. They take away the old appliances for no charge, which we appreciate. We trust Nice Appliance so much that often we buy sight unseen at whatever price it asks and have them deliver. Our serviceman follows up, always with a more than favorable report. The range, refrigerator, washer, and dryer in my own home all came from Nice Appliance, purchased sight unseen, over the phone at the the very fair price the owner quoted me. We recommend Nice Appliance to all our friends, our vendors, and to our tenants as we do not supply washers and dryers in our units. We do not know how Nice Appliance does it so much better than other appliance venders we had used previously, but as long as it keeps doing so, it will continue to get all our business. We are very glad we found Nice Appliance on the Internet a few years ago when we decided to replace the previous vendor. We highly recommend Nice Appliance.

The owner was extremely rude. I really couldnt believe it - have never had an encounter like this while trying to make a purchase. He continually made nasty comments until I finally asked him why he was talking to me that way. When I asked to see another washer/dryer he said if I didnt know what I wanted, I shouldnt have come in. When I asked if they could run the dryer so I could hear it (his salesman told me over the phone they would do this), he was very annoyed that he had to plug it in and run it. Then when I asked to see a different, larger model, he really got irritated and stated that unit will cost more (which was fine). I asked him if it had to be moved away from the wall (because it was going to be a tight fit) and he said I needed to go back and check out where I was putting it to see that. I told him I knew the dimensions and asked if I could use his tape measure to check the depth and he said "no". I left without buying anything. I would rather pay full price than give this man one dollar. DO NOT SHOP THERE - TERRIBLE.

Terrible experience! Dave was very rude and unprofessional ! I bought a fridge from them. DAve did not explain that the ice maker didnt work until they delivered it! They entered the house with their dirty shoes and made the carpet all dirt !! After they are done, I was paying by check which they refused to take. They wanted cash only so they can avoid paying taxes. I asked Dave why he didnt tell me from the beginning that he only accept cash. He was very rude and told his workers to take the fridge back! What a bad experience. Take your business somewhere else.

I brought a refrigerator from Nice Appliance on 6/15/2016. Now two months later it started to leak, so l called the store and I spoke with the most disrespectful, the most rudest person, with the most nastiest attitude. He yelled at me, and got even more angry when I asked if there was someone else I could speak with ,he told me no and that the leak was my problem and than he hung the phone up in my face. When I tried to call back to speak with someone else my call went to a fax machine. He was like a dog on two legs...

The owner is a grumpy guy. The person who reviewed me was not kidding. He does not have any patience. I was looking for spare shelves. Even though he said he doesnt do parts he said he had some in the back but he would not show them to me unless I brought the refrigerator on a pickup. That is what he said. I have no idea why he would have a problem with me looking around and wasting 10 bucks or so on something he is going to throw away.

He is very raciest and he sold me a washer and dryer that went out the second week... He stopped picking up the phone for me as well as returning my calls about it. He scammed me out of money and didnt want to refund me back nor fix it. This place is very unprofessional. DO NOT SHOP HERE. He is just tryna make a sale.

This guy sold me a dryer with a 30 day warranty. On day 32 it quit working. I called the owner and asked him if he could atleast fix it he told me his repair guy would charge me $100. I just paid $200 for it a month go. He could have at least fix it for free seriously. Never give this guy any money.

great experience, unfortunately the machine I bought had a problem but Dave the owner took it back and as promised refunded me my money. some of the other reviews say hes grumpy, I say maybe rough around the edges however he is knowledgeable and honest.

I just stopped in to offer to produce them a FREE commercial and I couldnt believe how rude the owner was. Even AFTER I told him that it would be FREE...he told me to leave and threatened to call the police on me, He said that he didnt "Invite" me.

Dave was very knowledgable and had every type of fridge I could want. He was super polite and provided me with a warranty. Plus he delivered it for free! I cant believe I went to the other store south of here first because it was a dump!

Its a great place to get used appliances when youre on a tight budget. I bought a washer and dryer, the washer was broken when they set it up, but they quickly brought me another one a little nicer.
