I needed a heating element for my dryer. After looking the part up online Servall had it for $65, but so did the appliance repair place at 13 and Rochester which is a lot closer to my house. I went there first but they were out of the part till the next day so I went to Servall to get it. The guy behind the counter looks it up and tells me its $88. I said wait a minute it was 65 on your website this morning. This douche bag looks at me and says yeah but when you order online you have to wait for delivery, here youre paying extra for the convenience of having me pull it off the shelf for you. I do a lot of online price comparison before buying things in store and I have never heard of any company that has a different price in store as online - Grainger, Depot, Lowes, Memnards, Best Buy, Walmart, and target to name a few. I will never return to these scam artists, and I would recommend everyone else pay attention to what they are charging you.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company in my adult life! I was actually sent three different shipments. All containing different parts. However, none of them were the part I ordered. One of these parts werent even in servalls computer! Now, I spoke with Molly and Charlie on many occasions and even credited a refund and promised to receive the proper part as well. Mind you this part was supposed to be on "National back order." I was told that this part would now be shipped from whirlpool directly. A week later, I received yet another part that is incorrect! I again got on the phone with Charlie who proceeded to tell me that I never ordered the correct part!!! And, one of the parts was rejected by me because it was damaged!!! I feel as though toddlers could provide better service, as I have a small in home daycare and, if you ask a child for something, they deliver. Wish I could say the same for this company.....

This morning I woke up to an alarm going off on my fridge. After doing some research online, I found out that I needed a new control board. There were a few websites that would allow me to order parts online, but I was looking for a part that I could pick up today. I found 1st Source Servall, called the phone number on the website, and worked with their friendly staff to order the part. It was ready for me to pick up when I arrived at the store. I was very happy to have a local place to find parts and get my fridge fixed within an hour and a half. Will definitely use them again.

I woukd give this place 0 stars if that was a option. The guy at the counter was very rude when we came in. Treated us like we were crap and like we were wasting his time. He was also making comments to other people in the store about us. His customer service skills suck. We will never go back or refer this place to anyone. They need to put that old guy in the back away from the customers or get rid of him all together.

I ordered parts last week for my refrigerator. They arrived timely, but one part was wrong. I went into the 10 Mile store this morning and exchanged the hinge asked if it could be shipped over night because it was their mistake and I needed it for the holiday. The manager Jerry has a very nasty attitude told me he could over night it for 175.00 the part cost less than fifty. Poor Customer Service.

Went in to grab a common part for my dryer. You can buy this part online for $5 but I needed it today so I figured I would pay a little bit more. I ended up getting charged $31.68. I couldnt believe it. The maintenance kit I asked about is $15 online, these guys wanted over $50.

My go to place when I cant find a part near my house. I would have given them 5*s, but their prices are a bit high compared to other area stores, and especially online, but they always have what I need in stock, so no waiting. I guess you have to pay for convenience.

They told me that my part had a lifetime warranty included. When I got home they charged me 8 dollars for that. I could have got the same part on Amazon for much less but I wanted it right away. I will not be going back.

How can u call yourself Servall when you are only open 4 hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday? Maybe servesome or servefew. Unfortunately stuff stops working after 1pm on Saturday and its tough to wait until Monday.
