I rarely give a place one star but this one I would give no stars to their service if I can... I stopped at the watch repair department to inquire about replacing batteries on 5 watches, I asked how much it would cost (reasonable question Id say) the girl there looked at the watches and said with a monotone non-enthusiastic voice "$15.99 each" , all I said in a friendly way was "that seems kinda high" she replied with "well youre free to take them elsewhere" - Thats not how you answer a customer thats there to spend money, maybe explain something about an exceptional service I would get that sets them apart and give me a reason to be ok with spending more? Maybe tell me something I may not know, I highly doubt that management would be ok with that type of attitude and hopefully someone would read this and make a change so that reviews would improve... my guess is that she was annoyed a customer walked in and interrupted whatever she was doing on her phone...

Five weeks ago I tried to buy a tool chest in the store. They informed me it wasnt in stock, but ordered it for me and said it should be 10 days. Five weeks later, I have not received the item and the merchandise department rarely picks up the phone. When they do, all they can do is tell me the item isnt there. Corporate customer service could not help either and said even they couldnt get this store to pick up the phone. All this time, theyve been more than happy to take my money with no item. No wonder sears is going under. Disputed the charges with my bank.

Rude manager!! When you have elderly or people with disabilities you make it easier to exit the store. Do not make them walk in the winter around to the food court. This store is getting one star reviews for a reason. You need some changes made IMMEDIATELY!! The sales associate relayed a message that I wanted to wander the mall. I do not play those games. Trust me when I say I want play with no disrespect from an over worked frustrated Sears sales associate!!! Learn your role with complete strangers!!

DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM SEARS!!!!! Our Fridge has been broken since early June and as of 8/22/17, Sears has not repaired the fridge after 8 service calls with 4 different parts installed on four different days which Sears says only counts as 2 repair attempts to avoid triggering the Lemon replacement clause of their Master warranty.

Youre website states youre open until 9pm on Sunday and thats false advertising, you should probably fix that. Also, customer service at this location is pretty crappy. Seems that not many employees really know much about the store, current deals or where I things are located with the store.

Patient and polite customer service. Still many great items to buy in person and One of the last great department store dinosaurs before Amazon takes over virtually everything. Overpriced on many products unfortunately compared with online and other stores.

Probably the worst customer service out of any major retailer. The store never does whats right to make the customer happy, which is probably why they are losing so much money. Stick to home depot or lowes for anything related to home improvement.

Turns out Sears Appliance installers dont actually install the appliances. The guys only put it into place and thats it. They did not hook up power, venting, or the included hoses.
